iols this year body leh terima sket..naik sekilo jer..and i manage to balikkan ke berat masa pose last week..
last year hazab sgt naik 3kg..tak turun2, keep adding up along the way lak tu
senang jer..amek kellogs K for dinner n breakfast..lunch makan la hape yg nak for lunch.. |

sebab iols time paling lapar memang lunch pun,perut berkeroncong,malu jek

kak nashra ckp berkesan jer..sheols hilang 3kg dlm 2 minggu..hokay la tu kan..
i think it works nyah..coz iols yg amek cereal for breakfast pun leh turun..tapi slow sket ar..
trick is amek cereal + green tea pagi2.. |

berkesan dan murah,tapi adakah kita akan lapar lepas 1 jam makan(my biggest problem wahahah)
kalo berkesan best sangat la nyah, mak boleh jimat duit dari beli herbalife bagai tuh
tapi kan,kena bersenam gak lah, di samping consume whey protein yang pastikan badan kita firm,tak flabby
kat farmasi mesti hada yang murah sket neh...harus csi |

tak tahan iols nak berlapar
