Hi Lina....wah! kurang 800g tu byk....dkt nak 1 kilo....tahniah!.....i suka makan kuew teow goreng....seminggu kdg2 dua kali makan....nak kena kurangkan lah....
Hari nie berjaya exercise.....brisk walk 95 mins non stop....pastu buat exercise ala2 pilates 10 mins....tgk kat pedometer tadi lepas jalan dapat burn dekat 500 calories....alhamdulillah....ada lah gak calories out....siang tadi makan byk....
Bfast
Half boiled egg - 1
Teh O limau - 1
Kteow goreng - 2 sudu
Snack
Luxury cracker small - 3 pcs
Lunch
KFC Zinger burger - 1
Lemon freeze - 1
Mash potato - small - half
Snack
Kenny Rogers Choc Muffin - half
Starbuck coffee - half (taktau air aper, org belikan)
Dinner - mcm takmo makan....slalu lps exercise takde selera sgt nak makan.... |

1.Minggu lepas exercise hari2, minggu ni nak cuba selang sehari sbb nak rehatkan muscle
2. Nak cuba exercise sebelum bekfas tapi kalau tak dapat terpaksalah excercise lepas 5 jam ambil karbohidrat...
3. Nak exercise dgn rutin stretching, warm up, interval/ muscle training, kardio... Sbb nak optimumkan proc bakar lemak
4. Nak beli kitchen scale sbb nak sukat kalori makanan
InsyaAllah....inilah yg dipelajari minggu lepas dr web susu sejat... Tq kpd forummer yg recomended blog ni kat saya.... |

biasalah en Din.. cuti sek.. balik kg atau bercuti dlm dan luar negara... bz atau x dpt nak access internet.. |

ok la.. minggu lps lina turun 400g jer.. senaman pun kurang tp karbo ringkas byk gak mkn terutama ko ...

Tahniah linams... Sy pun cuba ambil karbo komplek dan bersenam cam linams gak... Happy 4 u sbb dah jadi org 50-an!!! |

sbnrnya ari ni lambat pos ranking sbb tgu syik update berat dia hehe.. tapi smpai pkl 11 dia tak update2 so terpaksa la tinggalkan dia.. so ni ranking utk WLC Mac minggu kedua..
tahniah utk c_mamir sebab turun 1.2kg & midori yg turun -1.0kg..
minggu ni sgt mencabar sbb hanya 7 orang je yg turun berat, perghhhhh... |
