    Actually, aku kuat makan jugak. Tiap2 pagi roti canai. McD semingggu boleh kata dua kali lah (especially time GCB dulu, mmg tetia hari aku sapu.

Tapi ntah, aku susah naik berat. Haha

Mana ade power. Aku workout halai balai je.. lelaki dalam family aku cam ni. Agaknya genetic kami mmg kuat metabolism.

    teoritical yes. but incase of catabolisme, body tend to break muscle 1st rather that fat. easy to break muscle compare to fat until certain extend

Kalau dia buat kardio exercises, tu untuk burn fat. So mengurangkan berat lemak.

Kalau dia buat weight training, tu untuk bina muscle.So gain muscle-weight.


Kita nak lemak kurang, muscle banyak. Camtu haa...

owhh jd, betol ke prinsip dia sblm nih, mkn bnyk2 smpi berat naik. pastu pi gym. sbb micha tgk upper part dia mmg ok, ade prubahan. tp perut very the buncit  ( walupn dulu slim sbb kurus )

   Tak betul. Sebab dia tambah fat. Bukan muscle. Fat takkan leh bertukar kepada muscle. Each ni berasingan. Apa yang dia patut buat, main weights, amik protein (kalau dia kurus). Tapi sebab dia dah skinny-fat (boroi tang perut sebab selalu situ lemak akan kumpul dulu, along with paha and bontot) dia kene wat double sekarang. Kardio untuk kurangkan balik lemak tu, and pada masa yang sama weights untuk naikkan muscle.
Sifu bata atau senior yang lain boleh betulkan kalau salah ye!
Note: Selalu kalau perempuan bagitau umor dia, tambah 3-5 untuk umur sebenar. Heeee~
