mak aihh..strict nyer derang nih kat sini tiap kali blk mesia cheq bwk ayam kfc,nugget ngan sosej yg frozen tuh mcm2 lg laa..siap letak lam hand luggage lagi..tak penah kena bukak pon beg.lgpon ngan student diorg tak kesah sgt:hug:

eh nadia..kalau daun pandan frozen boleh guna ka??? boleh grill tak instead of goreng...??? sebab i cuba mengelak makanan bergoreng...(actually makan lah jugak bergoreng goreng nih  susah nak jauhkan diri!)

Boleh aje, apa tak bolehnya, bila dah dimasak, air daun pandan tu keluar balik, aroma dia yg tak tahan tu ... kalau u plan masak grill, what you can do is you viper/kukus ayam tu dulu .. like that, takde ler kena grill lelama sampai hangus hanya sebab nak bagi dia masak kat dlm ... cam cheq pun cheq viper dulu, so goreng sekejap je ...

Cewah jaga badan nampakkkk :cak:

Haa... nasib baik ms. nmc dah tanya.  Many-many thanks...  I pun baru nak belajar elak makan bergoreng (kunun.... hehehe..).  


Thanks alot Nadia, sebab bagi tips.  Buleh le try.. eventhough kena pakai pandan frozen.. tak tahulah wangi ke tak..

Yang viper/kukus tu FIL yg ajar sebab dia elakkan fatness ... for example dia nak buat roast lamb, dia kukus dulu then bakar dlm oven ... masak pun sekejap ... sodap lak tu

La... makanan kering pun kena? Depa buka beg ke? Di mana ni? Arizona ke? NY tak pernah buka beg. Dah depa scan dah, tak suruh buka. Dia tanya ada makanan ke tak aje. Cakap ler tak de. Aku selalu tunjuk snack anak.

Belanga,I kalau buat nasi lemak macam ni resipinya. Lagi simple takyah nak pening kepala.

2 cawan beras
1 1/2 cawan santan (dalam tin atau yang peket punya)
1/2 cawan air
Garam & daun pandan

Daun pisang tu fresh punya .Pergi beli kat chinatown hari tu. Belen daun tu buat lepat pisang. Ingat kalau ada lebih nak buat lepat ubi..tapi tak cukup pulak.

Apa kata thread ni kita tukar Makanan Antarabangsa & Tempatan...
