Kay buat kerisik D tahu.. tapi part nak tahu masakan Kari Kepala Ikan tu guna yang macam mana .. tapi memang pun lenguh tumbuk kelapa goreng tu ... last2 masuk food processor je sonang citer..mekacih Kay for the tips...

Bercerita tentang capati, capati ni nipis je. Sesuai pulak buat mcm popia. Boleh bubuh inti - lettuce, isi ayam, mayonaise or even bubuh kebab. Memang yummy.

speed - mak maklang dulu cukup rajin buat candy kelapa ni...nak2 time raya...macam2 kaler, hijau,merah,coklat...esok ler maklang tempek resepi.

ni dia resepinya speed.Mak maklang belajar masa kat kelas masakan askar <> 30 thn yg lalu...sib baik ada lagik resepinya...mata maklang pun naik juling :gila: sbb mak punya writing corner baring susah tul nak paham:stp:

CANDY KELAPA

1 biji kelapa parut
3/4 tin susu pekat
3/4 cwn gula
koko dan apa saje pewarna
esen vanila

Masak sumer bhn dlm periuk sampai pekat dan tuang dlm acuan, tekan hingga padat, pehtu potong dan jemur sehari.

p/s - sukatan susu dan gula tu ikut rasa manis lidahlah..ada org tak suka manis so pandai2lah adjust skit..wokey..
