salam keindahan,

nak tanya , kalau untuk perempuan berexercise ni betul kewr takkan ketul2 ?

bila ai lihat serena william, pelari diamond league dari jamaica, us semua berketul2 mcm tu,  for sure mereka tidak ambil apa2 bahan larangan. .tp kenapa boleh berketul2 mcm lelaki?

  ai kira kalau pakai angkat berat berpalang, atau machine, haruslah bebanan kiri dan kanan akan always evenly.... bukan?.

Actually, barbell lagi senang tak simetri. Sebab you boleh shift beban dari kiri ke kanan. Makna you maybe akan tolak lebih sebelah, so sebelah lagi akan lebih ringan.
Kalau dumbbell, you takleh shift sebab weight tetap sama no matter how you tolak sebelah.

badan saya ni ha kurus sgt. berat 50kg,height 172cm
saya rasa saya kena bina otot sikit
tp xtau nk guna supplement yg mcmmna?
anybody?
any recommandation?

   nak membesarkan badan ye...boleh2...ok mcm ni..kita berbalik pada benda asas untuk membina badan iaitu diet pemakanan..diet pemakanan skinney macammana?untuk membesarkan badanni 50%carbs,30%protein dan 20%fat..lemak disini bukan lemak yang xguna..lemak yg elok contohnya flaxseed oil,olive oil extra virgin dan etc..

50%carbs:beras perang,sweet potatoes,wholemeal bread,beras putih pun ok
30%protein:white meat contohnya chicken breast,daging merah contohnya daging lembu,tapi disarankan makan chicken breast,mudah dijumpai,mana2 kedai boleh jumpa,kekacang,telur dan sebagainya
20%fat:mcm saya kata tadi..lemak yang elok..minyak zaitun contohnya

berapa gram protein kamu perlukan untuk satu hari?
berat kamu 50kg x 2.24=112gram protein kamu perlukan sekurang2nya satu hari
normally 100gram chicken breast mempunyai 30gram protein..oleh itu kiranya kamu memerlukan 400gram ayam..=120gram protein


dari segi aturan pemakanan kamu boleh susun sebegini:

9pagi-flaxseed oil 1 sudu,oat 3 sudu+2 sudu peanut butter,4 keping roti whole meal,sebiji pisang
12tghhari-nasi fullserving+chicken breast+sayur-sayuran
3ptg-snack kekacang,2sudu peanut butter,4 keping roti whole meal
6ptg-nasi fullserving+chicken breast+sayur-sayuran
9mlm-nasi fullserving+chicken breast+sayur-sayuran
12mlm-oat 3 sudu,telur 5 biji,susu segar

kamu boleh lakukan secara berperingkat2,mengikut kemampuan perut kamu..contohnya..mungkin kamu bukan jenis orang yang kuat makan,serving nasi kamu cuba separuhkan dulu..minggu demi minggu cuba tingkatkan sedikit pengambilan kalori..takut dipaksa perut nanti termuntah..sia2 saja..

boleh buat cheat meal sekali seminggu,contohnya teringin makan kfc,so silakan pergi..kira hadiah untuk diri kita sendiri..elakkan makanan berminyak,kurangkan minuman tinggi nilai gula,contohnya air tin gas..

kalau kamu ada masalah tentang diet nih sila tanya saya atau kepada orang2 yang lebih arif..selepas selesai kamu faham tentang diet pemakanan kita pergi bahagian workout pula..

      oh.mcm tu..untuk ayam tu memang kena chicken breast?bahagian lain xboleh?
size badan ni ada kaintan dgn genetik tak?sebab parent saya dua2 kurus.sbb ada yg ckp ada.
so,saya ni boleh ke jd badan besar?paling kurang pun size bdn mcm athlete,internatioan football palyers ke.
