The hand is quicker than the eye. The art of deception, Distraction, smoke and mirrors. Now you see it, now you don't.
The first Malaysian airliner vanished, without trace...supposedly...first time in history an airliner vanished... Bearing in mind never has man kind had so many satellites in or orbit and on ground to track any and very object in the air... The rational was that the USA didn't have capability in the Indian Ocean, same country that had its airforce stand down on 9/11 etc, etc, etc...so what would happen if say an enemy submarine launched a inter continental missile from the Indian Ocean? Oh wait the USA would be caught with it's pants down obviously...PLEASE.
The time the first flight disappeared the entire global MSM bumped every other news story off the news list for weeks...including the Ukraine. Especially coincidental as during that time Russia was gaining Crimea, pretty much having a cake walk. Time to distract everyone.
Obviously the conspiracy websites went into overdrive with predictable speculation, that the airliner would show up again in a false flag... Against someone... Including Russia.
What are the odds??? Billions to one or maybe trillions to one... That MH17 gets "shot down" over Ukraine. Astronomical coincidences do happen but, seriously this astronomical of a coincidence? Nope, not when it clearly benefits someone.
So along with everyone else I've been thinking about who shot it down etc, duped myself into the obvious misdirection.
Everyone is naturally concentrating on two airliners from the same company in the space of a few months... Combined with the Ukraine crisis and Israel and it's Gaza invasion...yes all that and a bag of chips.
Add in the fact an underwear bomber boarded a flight in the same Dutch airport, without a passport and with a bomb... Guided onto the plane by a man on a suit that has never been traced... Even though there are hundreds of survailance cameras in airports....
To add up all these "coincidences" and still see "coincidences" you would have to be brainwashed beyond all reasonable thinking.

Mayat rakyat Malaysia akan diterbangkan pulang dengan C130 Hercules - Najib
PUTRAJAYA: Kerajaan dan puak pemisah pro-Rusia mendapat sepakat dalam permintaan negara dalam isu insiden MH17 yang terhempas Khamis lalu.
Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak berkata, tiga perkara yang dipersetujui bersama ialah isu mayat yang akan dipindahkan, penyerahan kotak hitam dan jaminan penyiasat bebas untuk masuk ke lokasi kemalangan dan membuat siasatan.
"Kita sudah menjalin kerjasama dengan semua pihak yang yang bertanggungjawab dengan kemalangan ini.
"Masalah juga sudah dikenal pasti selain menetapkan perjanjian bersama untuk melakukan tindakan susulan," katanya dalam sidang media di kediamannya di sini.
Ujar Najib, perbualan telefon dengan ketua pemberontak Alexander Borodai juga sudah dibuat sebelum tiga kata sepakat itu diperoleh.
"Pertama, mayat 282 orang akan dipindahkan dengan kereta api untuk diserahkan kepada wakil-wakil dari Belanda. Kereta api akan berlepas dan akan diiringi oleh enam wakil Malaysia.
"Mayat akan diterbangkan ke Amsterdam dan mayat rakyat Malaysia akan diterbangkan pulang dengan C130 Hercules untuk prosedur forensik seterusnya," ujarnya.
Dalam pada itu kata Najib, perjanjian kedua adalah kedua-dua kotak hitam juga akan diserahkan kepada pasukan Malaysia di Donetsk untuk susulan siasatan lanjut.
Sementara ketiga katanya, penyiasat antarabangsa bebas juga akan dijamin akses selamat untuk lokasi kemalangan untuk memulakan siasatan penuh kejadian.
"Saya perlu menegaskan bahawa walaupun perjanjian telah dicapai, masih terdapat beberapa langkah-langkah yang diperlukan sebelum ia selesai.
"Saya meminta semua pihak untuk terus bekerja bersama-sama dan memastikan perjanjian ini dihormati selain semua permintaan dipenuhi sepenuhnya," jelasnya.
Najib turut melahirkan simpati dan kesedihan rakyat negara ini terhadap insiden berkenaan.

1. Proof of Launch from rebel held territory? None. US says they have evidence but fall shy of exposes its weakness to the world. Russia says it never happened and have satalite and radar to prove it. Charge dismissed.
2. Proof of ghost Buk Launcher scurrying back to Russia after launching the fatal missile? None. Russia provides evidence that the video was taken in another part of Ukraine under Ukraine control. Charge dismissed.
3. Proof of Black Boxes being ushered away to Moscow? None. The black boxes were found by emergency workers at the site, handed to rebels, who have now handed them to Malaysian officials. Charge dismissed.
4. Proof of rebel complicity in crash via taped phone call from site? None. Tape has been discredited by voice and audio experts and the discovery it actually was uploaded to you tube the day before the crash and then deleted. Charge dismissed.
5. Proof of rebels "hampering" the investigation team? None. The investigation got immediate access when they FINALLY arrived at the site four days late. The team finally arrived after millions on social media started to question the length of time it was taking. Charge dismissed.
6. Proof the Russians invaded East Ukraine? None. This charge has constantly been thrown at Russia. There has been NO invasion and was never going to be one. Charge dismissed.
7. Proof that Ukie fighter jets WERE NOT in the area at the time M17 went down and that the Russians were lying about this? None. Russia releases data from its satellites and radar showing that two su25s were 3-5k from the craft at the time it was "hit". Charge Dismissed.
8. Proof that rebels were tampering with evidence at the crash site? None. Nothing produced at all. Unusual given the fact most of the worlds media with camera have been there since the the first day. Charge dismissed.
9. Proof the rebels had a Buk Launcher system? None. Rebels say they didn't and this was confirmed by Kiev a few days before when they "confirmed" none of their had gone missing. Russia says NO such weapons have crossed their border and that no launch was picked up by their satellites or radar, Charge dismissed.
10. Proof the rebels treated dead bodies disrespectfully? None. Investigators on arrival said the bodies had been looked after particularly well. No visual evidence produced by ANY news outlet. Charge dismissed.

MH17 : Rebels hand black boxes to Malaysia

DONETSK, Ukraine : A senior separatist leader, Aleksander Borodai, handed over two black boxes from an airliner downed over eastern Ukraine to Malaysian experts in the city of Donetsk in the early hours today.
“ Here they are, the black boxes, ” Borodai told a room packed with journalists at the headquarters of his self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic as an armed rebel placed the boxes on a desk.
Both sides then signed a document, which Borodai said was a protocol to finalise the procedure after lengthy talks with the Malaysians.
“ I can see that the black boxes are intact, although a bit damaged. In good condition, ” Colonel Mohamed Sakri of Malaysian National Security Council said in extending his thanks to “ His Excellency Mr Borodai ” for passing on the recorders.
Borodai also said a train carrying the remains of the victims of the Malaysia Airlines plane catastrophe has reached Donetsk. It is on its way to Kharkiv, some 300 km (186 miles) north-west.
The Malaysian experts and a Dutch delegation also on site in Donetsk will travel along with it, he said.

MH17: Malaysia receives black boxes from Ukrainian rebelsBY PATRICK LEE
DONETSK: Malaysian officials have received the two MH17 black boxes from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) on Tuesday in Ukraine.
At 6.11am, DPR representatives showed up at their government headquarters here with the Malaysian government representatives.
Speaking to the press, DPR leader Alexander Borodai thanked Malaysia and the Netherlands for sending teams here on Monday to resolve the MH17 matter.
"(Our) thanks to Malaysia and Netherlands for coming here without protection or help from Kiev (the Ukrainian government)," he said, according to a rough translation by a local.
A handover ceremony then took place between the DPR and Malaysian officials. Both parties were seen signing various documents.
The DPR then produced a white sack containing the black boxes and showed them to the Malaysian officials.
The boxes were then inspected and later accepted by the Malaysian officials.
A man who introduced himself as Kol Mohd Shukri of the National Security Council thanked Borodai for handing the boxes back to Malaysia.
"I would like to convey our sincere appreciation to Borodai for giving us the opportunity and entertaining our special request to hand over the two black boxes to Malaysia," he said.
He added that teams from Malaysia would also be sent to the crash site although he did not specify a time and date for this. On Monday Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak reached an agreement with Ukrainian rebels for custody of the black boxes and access to the Malaysia airlines flight MH17 crash site.

MH17: Malaysia Capai Persetujuan Dengan Pemimpin Yang Menguasai Lokasi Nahas
PUTRAJAYA, 22 Julai (Bernama) -- Malaysia telah mencapai tiga persetujuan penting dengan pemimpin yang menguasai wilayah lokasi nahas berhubung pesawat malang Malaysia Airlines (MAS) Penerbangan MH17 yang terhempas di timur Ukraine pada Khamis.
Persetujuan itu membabitkan pengurusan mayat mangsa-mangsa MH17, hak penjagaan kotak hitam dan akses kepada para penyiasat bebas antarabangsa ke kawasan lokasi nahas.
Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak dalam sidang akhbar di Seri Perdana pada lewat Isnin berkata beliau telah bercakap dengan Alexander Borodai, yang menguasai wilayah di mana tragedi itu berlaku dan telah bersetuju dengan perkara-perkara berikut.
Saya perlu tegaskan walaupun persetujuan telah dicapai, namun ada beberapa langkah yang perlu diambil sebelum diselesaikan.
Najib berkata masih ada kerja yang perlu dilakukan, kerja yang bergantung kepada hubungan yang berterusan dengan jujur.
Katanya setakat ini Borodai dan orangnya memberi kerjasama mereka.
"Saya meminta semua pihak supaya terus bekerjasama bagi memastikan persetujuan itu dihormati; supaya mayat rakyat kita diserahkan kepada kita, agar kotak hitam diserahkan, dan supaya pasukan antarabangsa diberi akses penuh ke lokasi terbabit.
"Hanya selepas itu, barulah siasatan mengenai MH17 boleh benar-benar bermula; barulah mangsa boleh diberi penghormatan yang sewajarnya. Kami perlu tahu apa yang menyebabkan pesawat itu terhempas, dan siapa yang bertanggungjawab, agar keadilan boleh ditegakkan," katanya.
"Sepanjang beberapa hari lepas, kami berusaha di sebalik tabir bagi mewujudkan hubungan dengan mereka yang mengawal lokasi nahas MH17.
Kini hubungan itu sudah terjalin. Dalam keadaan yang sukar dan tidak menentu, kami telah membincangkan masalah-masalah yang membelenggu kami: mendapatkan bukti penting daripada pesawat, menjalankan siasatan bebas, dan paling penting, mengambil mayat mangsa.
Malam ini, kami telah mencapai asas persetujuan untuk berbuat demikian," katanya.
Persetujuan pertama membabitkan mayat 282 orang, yang ketika ini berada di Torez, akan dipindahkan dengan kereta api ke Kharkiv untuk diserahkan kepada para wakil dari Netherlands.
Katanya kereta api itu akan bertolak petang ini mengikut waktu Ukraine, dan akan diiringi enam anggota pasukan pengumpul bahan bukti dari Malaysia.
Najib berkata baru-baru ini, ada ketikanya, beliau berasa mahu menyuarakan dengan lantang kemarahan dan kepiluan yang dirasai rakyat Malaysia.
"Itulah apa yang saya rasa. Bagaimanapun, kadang kala, kita perlu bekerja secara senyap untuk mendapat hasil yang lebih baik.
"Saya faham, bagi anggota keluarga, tiada apa yang boleh diubah kembali. Nyawa yang telah hilang tidak boleh dikembalikan; maruah yang hilang tidak boleh dipulihkan," katanya.
Najib berkata beliau berkongsi kesedihan dengan mereka yang kehilangan orang tersayang dalam tragedi MH17.
"Kami berharap dan berdoa agar persetujuan yang dicapai malam ini akan membawa kepada langkah yang jelas ke arah penyelesaian," katanya.
Pesawat MH17, yang dalam penerbangan dari Amsterdam ke Kuala Lumpur terhempas di timur Ukraine berhampiran sempadan Rusia pada Khamis. Ia membawa 298 orang - 283 penumpang dan 15 anak kapal. Pesawat Boeing 777 itu dipercayai ditembak jatuh.

hal ni very subjective...sbb melibatkan perasaan keluarga mangsa...dlm keadaan terkejut dan emosional..berapa kerat yang dpt dengar nasihat org lain..masing2 masih lg dikuasai emosi...ustaz ustazah dah jalankan tanggungjawab diorang bg nasihat..so dah la..lepas tu bergantung plak dengan family utk buat penilaian...jgn lah paksa2..jatuh hukuman itu ini kat diorang...kita pun tak duk kat tpt diorang...
