haiyooooo...kek patah sama ah dengan kite ms mula2 belajar wat dulu, ms tu buat kek zaiima...tak lari jauh dr dapur punyalah excited, jadi elok tanpa cacat cela bangga toksah cakap sampai tak sabar nak kuarkan. Sekali punyalah susah nak kuarkan lalu ku hempuk aje...last2 separuh kuar dan separuh lg tinggal dlm loyang

apapun tahniah kak sbb berani mencuba....klau tak turn perfect tu biasalah sbb 1st time buat....kekadang tu dah 3 kali buat, kali ke4 tak jadi....mesti ada something wrong<---- sy ler tuh huhu

aritu sy bua kek coklat zaima....bila kukus rasanya dah masak(ikut masa seperti yg sy buat b4 this)....

pastu time nak tanggalkan dari loyang patah plak dah....separuh lekat kat loyang

dia lembik skit, rasanya sukatan silap kot walhal selama ni buat ok jer.....

tp sedap tau wlaupun lembut....makan dgn aiskrim fuhh sedap sgt.....hehe

klau kek tu tekstur dia ok, means cam kek coklat, lepas ni cuba ikut tips kak kacip bagi tuh...

tp klau dia lembik maybe ada trsilap kat mana2 like terlebih cecair ke....

its ok, praktis makes perfect....

sblum tuang adunan tu acuan tu lapik dgn kertas pastu sapu dgn butter..pastu kan kita tukar acuan pasal xmuat dlm periuk kukus..ha..yg tu letak kertas keliling acuan je pasal da kelam kabut.. panik tak hengat mungkin kalo kita lapik kertas kat dasar acuan tu takde laa patah kek tu

Kek Coklat Kukus Zaiima yang saya buat semalam untuk mother's day..bagi mil je la sbb mak dah takde
tulisan mmg teruk la sebab tak pandai menulis dengan cake. belum khatammm hehe.
topping cake tu cam biasa fresh cream+cooking choc+butter. tulisan guna fresh cream+warna brown.
tepi2 letak almond nibs...

actually setiap kali event mmg buat kek coklat kukus zaiima..mmg selalu mendapat pujian ramai la..saya pun makan sampai tak sedar diri hehe sedar2 dah suku kek masuk dalam perut
kalau takde event pun kadang2 weekend buat je. my sister selalu request ni.

Mother's Day semalam buat kek kukus Bebop utk kali ke 5-6 tah brp kali.. heeheh memang tak penah fail, mudah dan murah membuatnya..

tapi part jahanam,my nozzle suma hilang!!! ni penangan my MIL lah yang suka ubah susun atur bende dlm rumah.... tpaksa i guna piping beg.. kek hodoh ni tolong jgn gelak ye?? i cuma guna Non Dairy Whipped Cream ajek.
