Nak tanya terms ni: ni ker yg dikatakan daily rest?...tolong explain...

"Interest will be charged by us at the agreed rate/s (as stated above) per annum on daily balance
calculated on monthly basis for a period or periods as stated above from the date of first drawdown or
3 months from the date of this Letter of Offer, whichever is the earlier, and payable monthly to the
debit of your account or any other account(s) to be opened by the Bank for this purpose"

ada org tau x, camne cara nak kurangkan principal n tenure for monthly compounded selain dr keluarkan duit epf reduce principal?

    lain bank lain caranya...kalau bayar lebih cam eonbank(dulu saya buat dgn eonbank),duit lebih tu akan masuk kat advance payment, tiada pengurangan principal..

sekarang ade sesetengah bank yg offer flexibiliti,kalau bayar lebih kat bank, duit tersebut akan digunakan untuk mengurangkan priisipal...tanya la officer bank tersebut dulu untuk double confirm...rasanya sekarang dah banyak bank yg buat sistem nie dan rasanya almost semua bank dah offer interest reducing daily(daily rest)...

    kene refinance ke bank yg offer daily rest dan flexible payment...boleh bayar 4 kali sebulan..hehe

td saya pergi eonbank..rasanya saya terbaca somewhere eonbank ni buat daily restdaily compunded...bersemangat nak refinance..rupa rupanya takde...frust lah...sedih tul buat loan dgn RHB dah bayar selama 6 thn..hanya 2k je berganjak dr principal..sape tau local bank yg offer daily rest daily compounded, saya tinggal di s9 shah alam, semua bank kat situ local bank...nak cari yg international like hsbc, ocbc tu..mmg kena menapak jauh le jawabnya

klu amik islamik loan memang rugi buat early settlement.   sbb rebate bgantung kpd 'budibicara' bank.  budibicara bank ialah depa nak max profit.

saya pun tgh penin nie.......rumah RM203,110, so nak bt loan 90% la = RM182, 799,
Masalahnya skrg saya tak tau nak decide loan untuk 30thn @ 40thun, ada kwn yg advice 30 thn bg save interest, ada kwn advice 40thn, diarog kata setiap 5 tahun keluar RM10,000 dr EPF acc 2 untuk kurangkan pricipal, so tak la sampai 40thun hutang tu tp saya tak pasti boleh jd berapa tahun kalau saya cm tu....boleh ka kurangkan sampai 30 tahun?kalau ikut kan 30 tahun tu pun dh kira lama dah......27 tahun lg pencen la......

kenapa islamic package tak standard ek, lain bank lain plan dia.......hongleong islamic boleh prepayment without notice......affin lak kena bg notis.....penin2...so far affin bagus kt rate BLR - 2.1%.....

sekarang nie bank mana yang offer pinjaman perumahan yang bagus..
dari segi interest, ape2 jer la...
sebab adik saya nak beli umah 2nd hand...
tak tau nak pinjam bank mana..
tolong bagi pendapat..............

maybe u can try dgn AIA, sekarang offer fixed rate 4.85% with daily interest rate.

biasanye bank yg kurang femes (hong Leong, EON) ni rate die ok sikit compare dgn bank yg femes (CIMB,Maybank). Tapi kene kene check syarat2nye la etc lock in period, flexi or not, loan tenure, dsb.

EPF yes  and flexi loan pun yes..thts the only option i guess
my question pulak how to be debt free ? hutang miutang ni ambik mase yg lama  to settle
