semalam eima pun wat nasi lemak....

tp. cara2 eima buat nasi lemak senang jer.....  guna rice cooker dan alhamdulillah tak pernah meragam......

santan + garam + hirisan halia + beras... + daun pandan (eima x bubuh pun)
msk mcm nasi biasa, tp. waktu mula2 sblm nasi mendidih.. eima slalu gak kacau2 takut nasi jadi mentah... oppsss.... sblm tu beras kena bilas dulu le...

Mahal tu pakai daun pisang lagi tu.   Tak kan nak jual 60 sen sebungkus tak. My daun pisang dlm freezer belum lagi pakai2. Maybe one day.....

Mentang2 dah jumpa daun pisang kat sini.

Kak Siti dah tunjuk kat you ke tempat beli kerang. Sambal kerang ngan nasi lemak sedap you. Kerang ngan char kuay teow pun sedap.

Kat Siti kata kedai tu kat Ballajurra. Tak jauh dari Mirrabooka kot. Nanti dia belikan untuk I. So I tak payah susah2 nak cari. Boleh makan nasi lemak dgn sambal kerang...

My anak pulak tak sabar nak makan siput sedut masak lemak cili ....

nak masak nasik lemak kukus nih..kena guna pengkukus tu kan? macam mana nak letak kan nasik
tu? nak kenak lapik ke? kan pengukus tu ada lubang2.

marizza, nasi tu taruk dalam loyang. kalau nak taruk terus atas pengukus, lapik dnegan daun pandan banyak-banyak.

Bukan perli, tapi mengusik. Murah ke daun pisang kat sana? Kat pasar kat rumah ni 50 sen seikat. Rasanya satu pelepah kut. Tapi Shida tak pernah beli pun pasal pakainya sikit je.

Daun pisang frozen tu tak murah dan tak jugak mahal. Tak silap dalam AU8 satu bungkus (sekilo kot). Kalau nak banding dengan daun pisang free kat rumah my mom tu memang terasa jugak bila nak membayarnya....
