ikan I beli tu  idup2 lagi so masih fresh.. siap di basuh bersih maaaaaa
di mana ehhh silapnya???

semalam dapat la merasa ikan pekasam ...dapat la dlm 4 ekor...cukup la tu sebab dah lama mengidam nak makan sejak bulan ramadhan ari tu....
kawan pulak tu kebetulan balik kg kat kedah nuu...apa lagi balik keja masak nasi...masak tumis air soohoon campur kentang dengan goreng ikan pekasam seekor...x makan lain dah makan nasi panas dengan ikan pekasam goreng tabur dengan bawang merah goreng + cili goreng je....ikan sekor berebut dengan asben meratah...sedap..lagi la semalam cuaca sejuk lepas hujan...memang kena masanya...

kak kacip saya pun nak order ikan pekasam jugak la kalau akak balik utara.....

kalau ikut pandangan mata, dah jadi pekasam dah ikan cranko tu.. hehehe


tp penah beli ikan pekasam kat Pekan rabu.. banyaklak tu beli.. balik rumah, terus goreng... bau... eiii.. bila makan pun tak sodap langsung... lain dgn ikan pekasam yg penah makan kat rumah2 orang... agaknya ikan tak fresh kut.. rasa cam ikan buruk jerr... serik dah beli kat pekan rabu... sebab tak reti pun nak pilih ikan pkasam ni.. tgk ramai org beli, beli aje.. ish sedapnya... ikan sungai tak de la nk wat pekasam.. buat kembung sedap ke?  erkkkkk

ikan pekasam nie beli kat pasar ke atau buat sendiri...? kalau beli kat pasar takut ikan yg digunakan tu x fresh...nnt tak sedap bak mcm kata kismis yg beli kat pekan rabu tu...kalau guna ikan fresh...kalau makan ...dia rasa sedap dan tak berbau kuat serta tak akan rasa gatal dlm mulut....kalau boleh kirim best jugak nih...

jgn lupa masuk asam laks..kang tak masam nanti pekasam tu..
tapi selalunya ikan tu jgn dibiar berair sgt..mungkin pasal tu ikan hang rosak kot..ermmm....teori lagik nie...hihi..

yg masuk asam keping tu dia buh sekeping2 antara lapisan pekasam tu...

ni bila buat byk2 dia susun ikan dlm pasu ( dulu2 tak der balang plastik) susun selapis buh asam keping selapis then susun ikan lagi . sampai ler penuh pasu baru tutup rapat basu dgn kain , tutup ngan papan then tindih ngan batu.
