balik tambah 3 kg kat kedai mamak..lol

:bgrin:... kekadang terbabas jugak, langgar pantang & main melantak aje.. tapikan.. lepas tu cepat2 buat exercise balik.. skrg ni kita exercise 5 kali seminggu........

sekrg tepikir plak kalau selalu senaman tu nanti susah plak nak lekat...so saya tak pegi gym lagi la sekrg...jaga jer permakanan...i know that i'm a sensitive person..tak boleh nak lasak2 kot...pasal tu la blom lekat lagi..

::..5 x seminggu...adik ni..sejak drive sendiri pi keja...2x seminggu pun malas....Klu sat & sun..lepas subuh...rasa nak selimut balik je...malas betul nak pi jogg...klu dah berenti..ni la jadinya..:kant:..

:pompom::pompom::tq: tabik spring kat dak_abu... kalo lah Hanni kuat semangat mcm dak_abu, dh tentu baju2 lama tu blh pakai lagi.:lol. ari tu ade la start bersenam, 3 x seminggu.. but lps tu stop.. kena infection (sakit malas:lol).. tapi mmg risau dgn berat badan skrg.. dh la 2 minggu lps amik injection utk IVF.. Dr pun dh ckp awal2, ubat tu mmg menggemukkan..tu yg risau.. so lps ni nk continue bersenam balik..

hanni, berat kita naik sampai 70kg dulu pon bcoz of ambik injection after endometriosis in late 2002.. in 2003 tu yg rasa badan naik mcm dipam-pam.. :lol

bile hanni nak continue with ur IVF?:hmm:

:ah::ah:..kLU sesiapa tak caya...cuba le..paling cepat kuar peluh bila kita sapu sampah satu umah..lepas tu mop lantai lak..memang cepat...
tapi...rasanya malas lak nak mop lantai tiap2 hari....
Seminggu sekalipun belum tentu...lol..
Ari tu hubb. beli bola besar yg leh buat senaman ..tapi hampeh..:kant:..

ermm... rasanya mesti ada kesannyer kat baby... sbb benda tu kan diformulasikan utk memecahkan dan membuang apa2 yg tak patut dlm perut kita ni... buatnyer kita pregnant, tak pasal2 terbuang baby sekali....   tu yg tak berani nak cuba bila dah kawin.. kalo nak kurus pun, cuba cara biasa jer la.... cara yg tak melibatkan ubat & barang2 tu.... :ah:  tp tu ler, kiter ni kalo guna cara biasa ni pakat tak jalan la jawabnyer... :bgrin:

nessa camtu gak..bdan tu idak ler gemuk...tapi perut jek..menampakan hasil kebuncitannya...he he...kekadang tu nak gak makan ubat cam jamu kempis perut..tapi bila fikir nak conceive nie..tak jadik ambik...so nak buat camna kan..la nie nessa dok beli baju yg untuk kurus tu...harga RM150...
sbb tanya ngan org tu kalau kita trying to get pregnant ada effect tak dia kata takde...so try ler...tapi kalau pregnant stop la..sbb masa tu buncit la paling lawa he he...lepas tu..boleh ler pulun nak kurus kan perut pakai bengkut..(lepas 9 bulan la)
