heran...how can they all get so fat...so fast..
aku heran..aku ni..tak exercise bagai...
aku tiap2 hari makan junkfood...
tak gemok2 pun..

lepas aku tengok cerita biggest loser tu..baru aku jadi health conscious..

A'a..ptg smlm finale season 4. Ya ke!! Eric tu dah gemuk balik. Sygnyerrr..
Dia mmg nampak hensem bila dah kurus. Maybe dia xleh thn dgn keadaan tpt kerja dia yg dikelilingi dgn makanan. Bayangkan dgn lasagna, pasta, segala mcm cheese..tu yg naik balik tu. Camner fallin tau dia gemuk balik? Nak tgklah muka dia bila gemuk semula.

logik jer..sebab routine theyols kat ranch 4 jam workout every day..
pastu intense lak..sape la leh sustain long term
in reality, 4 jam seminggu jer pun cukup bagus..n takkan every day nak wat intense..

Chopin weighed in at 407 when he joined the reality television show in 2006 and dropped 214 pounds through the duration of the show. Unfortunately, the 36 year-old deli owner has gained back 122 pounds and is deeply distressed to now weigh in at 315. Erik, who weighed 197 at the finale, admits that he remained in denial until he saw the scale hit 300.

His wife, Michelle, told Oprah, 揑抎 worry about him. I抎 look at him and think it was like he was drowning and I couldn抰 do anything to help him. I could see it in his eyes, and I could see so many things happening again that we抳e been through.
