    microb ada 2 kelas...aerobic (bukan senaman erobik tu) dgn anaerobic.

anaerobic ni jenis yg tak perlukan oksigen pon utk hidup,dan mungkin mati kalau ada oksigen.
contoh mikrob anaerobic ni...Clostridium tetani (tetani = tetanus = kancing gigi)

cara nk culture pon,kita kena letak dlm anaerobic jar,baru ada growth.kalo culture cara biasa,takdakla...
