salam...na tanye 1 soklan yg saye rase akak2 akan gelakla sket...huhuhu tp xperla...cmni....lepas kek tu da siap dibakar....akak2 akan tunggu kek tu sejuk dulu kan..pastu terus transfer kat papan kek tu kan??? pastu akak letak kat tmpt yg ble pusing2 tu...alaa tmpt yg tuk letak cream atau chocolate tu kan?????

pastuuu....soklan ye.....cmne akk2 semue letak cream atau cokolat tanpa mencomotkan papan kek tu....n nampak cm cantikkkk jekkkkkkkk.......maaffff sgt2 kalo soklan remeh2.....saye budak baru sgt2 belaja......bakar cake pun sekali sekala........tq

pakai fully fondant .view 2d .ni buat masa birthday anak..1st time buat kek besar. Nampak mcm penyek sebab salah teknik pukul whip cream..abaikan ye



view 2d jugak..tema katak lompat. Kawan yang suh buat.. die nak katak.

Kek utk bday anak last month. Deco dengan piping gel (homemade) utk keseluruhannya kecuali utk outline gambar dan jugak tulisan tu guna choc ganache lebihan yg layer kat dlm kek.

na tanya..aritu saye buat topping kek gune choc ganache...pastu die cm berminyak...kene lap2 la kat tepi2 papan kek tu..pastu masuk kan kek dlm peti....esok tu baru makan...nape kek tu cm berai eik????cm xmoist2 cmtu..

Hello semua..
Saya ni baru belajar nak deco kek. Tak pernah pun masuk mana2 class utk deco. Cuma belajar online esp utk buat fondant & gumpaste..
Saya nak bertanya beberapa soalan berkenaan fondant & gumpaste nie. Harap2 ada yang sudi nak jawap...

1. Bila nak buat fondant or gumpaste, jenis gula yang paling baik utk kita guna tu gula aising ke atau gula halus?. Saya selalu guna icing sugar tapi gumpaste & fondant jadi too grainy & tak smooth...
2. Kenapa bila kita cover kek dengan fondant, kadang2 bahagian tepi kek tu crack?
3. Kenapa kadang2 gumpaste kita tu jadi terlalu lembik walaupun kita dah buat lama? Ada cara nak adjust x? sebab bila lembik sangat susah nak buat bunga...
4. Kenapa kadang2 bila kita roll our gumpaste, dia senang terkoyak? adakah sebab roll terlalu nipis? ada cara utk atasi x?

haahh..abis jg baca seme posting........mmg menarik. saya sebenarnya baru je cuba buat kek fondant sbl baca thread nih. kire belajar dr  youtube je. byk infomation yg bleh dpt dr thrd nih. thanks sgt2.
blog k min pn baru explore. mmg menarik sgt. semlm terus g nk cari buku yg baru k min keluarkn tuh (tajuknya kraft gula)...tp  x de. susah nk cari ...nampaknya kena oder.

salam all,

saya ade few questions nak tanye kat otai2 kat sini....hopefully sudi la membantu yer...

1st, camne cara2 yg betul / paling ok utk letak fondant topping atas cupcake? sometimes cupcake yg pakai souffle cup ni, ada yg tak naik rata sama level ngan cup tu. so, btul ke nak kena letak bc dulu before cover ngan fondant? or kena sapu ngan piping gel?

2nd, pastu kalau dah sapu ngan bc, perlu ke kena simpan dulu cupcake yg dah disapu ngan bc dlm fridge? or straight away bleh trus letak fondant atas bc tu?

nmpk cntik sbb de tekstur cam kayu...
klu kmin bungkus board tu ngan fondant, camne ye kmin dptkan corak serat2 kayu tu dengan fondant ye?
