adunan tak boleh simpan overnight. even adunan kek pun tak boleh disimpan. apa kata buat resepi yang paling senang. yang tak perlu nak pukul semua. malam tu get ready semua bahan kering. esok pagi baru sukat bahan basah & campur je. biasanya shida buat muffin dr menimbang sampai nak membakar dalam 15-20 minit je. bakar je lah yang ambil masa. |

Hari Sabtu banyak betul projek tapi yang jadinya cuma satu. Muffin coklat chips dan pisang.Anak kata sedapgila. Ditengah tu tenggelam sikit sebab bekas dicucuk. Anak-anak suka. Nanti buat lagi. Tapi ini versi bakar. Lagi sekali nak buat versi kukus pulak.

zetty bakar berapa lama? biasanya muffin ni bakar dalam 25-30 minit, confirm masak punya. sebab dia kecik. |

Muffin Jagung
BAHAN:
250 gm butter
210 gm gula kastor/halus
5 biji telur ayam
260 gm tepung gandum......]
1 sudu teh baking powder....] ayak bersama
80 ml susu segar/fresh milk
3/4 jangung dalam tin
CARA:
1. Pukul butterdan gula sehingga gebu/kembang
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan pukul lagi.
3. Masukkan tepung yg diayakkan diselangselikan dengan susu.
4. Kacau rata bersama dengan jagung dan masukkan kedalam acuan.
5. kukus hingga masak.
muffin nie saya dah try buat..sedap...kawan-kawan pon suka gak...

Cornbread Muffin
Sumber : internet
1/2 cwn butter
2/3 cwn gula castor
1/4 cwn madu
2 biji telur
1/2 tsp garam
1 1/2 cwn tepung gandum
3/4 cwn cornmeal <--tp ari tu x bubuh pun sbb xde
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cwn fresh milk
10oz frozen corn (dlm 3/4 package)
ambil bahan kering (tepung, cornmeal, baking) ayak 2x dan gaul sebati.
ambil bhn basah (telur, susu, gula, garam, madu & butter) kacau dgn whisker
sampai sebati. masukkan bhn kering dan kacau lagi.. (jgn terlebih pukul, cara penting
tuk buat muffin).. bile dah agak sebati & masukkan jagung. just kaup balik...
masukkan dlm muffin cup ...bakar 20-25' suhu 200'c....

dah agak mesti kat cold storage ada jual. kat sri hartamas shopping centre ada supermarket. nanti nak cuba tengok kat situ le kalau ada,
murah le kalau RM5 utk 500gm. |

Semalam Kero buat corn muffin...lagi sedap kalo letak jagung cream bebanyak..:love:
Sunny-Sunny Corn Muffin
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk(or 1 10-oz. can creamed corn)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg, vanilla, milk, or creamed corn and egg. Beat just until smooth, approximately 1 minute(please don't be silly and overmix). Lastly add vegetable oil. Pour batter into a greased 8-inch square pan or greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 20-25 minutes.
