waaaa.....syioknyerr.....akhirnya jadik jugak japanese cotton cheesecake sayer.... thanx la kat kengkawan kat bod FnR ni...sbb tgk kek kengkawan sumer yg gebuss2 dan cantik2 tu la yg buat saya bersemangat nak cuber jugak.....

so ini lah ruper kek saya....hehehe...






saya tader mixer...so pukul putih telur tu dgn whisker tgn je la....aduhai...lenguh tgn sayer.... kalau ikut hati mmg rasa cam nak give up dah...tp dalam hati ni dok kata..sabar..sabar..... mujurla kek pon jadik .....anak2 dan somi pong sker....lenkali leh buat lagik!

chemox..saya guner resepi alma...yang wani tepek tu...tak per...saya tepek lagi...

Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake (sumber alma dr myresipi)

Bahan-bahan ( 8-inci )

Bahan A:
-250g cream cheese
-50g butter
-100 ml susu segar (fresh milk) (kira2 1/2 cawan) - tp semalam saya pakai susu tepung anak bancuh ngan air sbb luper beli...
-6 biji kuning telur
-1 sdb jus lemon (saya tak buh pon hari semalam sbb tader)
-1/4 sdk garam
-60g tepung kek / tepung superfine (kira2 6 sudu besar)-]saya pakai tepung biasa jer hari tu..tp saya ayak 3 kali..
-20g tepung jagung (cornflour/cornstarch) (kira2 2 sudu besar)

Bahan B:
-140g gula (granulated sugar) (kira2 3/4 cawan)
-6 biji putih telur
-1/4 sdk tartar krim (cream of tartar) atau 3/4 sdk jus lemon

Cara-cara
Cairkan cream cheese, butter & susu dgn teknik double boiler. Bila dah cair, sejukkan adunan cream cheese tu td. Kemudian, campurkan tepung, tepung jagung, kuning telur, garam & jus lemon ke dlm adunan cream cheese & gaul hgga sebati.

Dalam bekas lain, pukul putih telur bersama tartar krim, sampai berbuih2 (foamy). Lepas tu, tmbhkan gula & pukul lagi sampai bertanduk (soft peak).

Campurkan adunan Bahan A td ke dalam adunan Bahan B yg dah gebu tu & kacau smpai sebati. Sediakan tin/bekas kek yg bulat berukuran 8 inci, yg digriskan bwhnye & tepi tu salut dgn kertas baking. Tuang adunan kek dlm tin kek.

Bakar kek dlm kire2 sejam, dgn cara au bain-marie (waterbath), pd 160 degrees C / 325 degrees F. Pd sesapa yg kurang pasti waterbath tu cmner, buatnye simpel jer. Lepas letak adunan dlm dlm tin kek, balut bwh hgga sparuh tinggi tin kek dgn aluminunium foil (ni double protection agar air xmasuk esp springfoam pan, saya x konfiden tu yg wat gitu hehe, kalo xmo buat ok je tp advisable balut).

Tergoda dengan kawan-kawan kat sini punya kek...maisya pun try jugak Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake resepi dari Alma tu. Maisya buat 1/2 adunan jer dan guna cottage cheese. Oklah walaupun rupa tak cantik dan gebu cam orang lain punya ....sedap makan bila dah sejuk.

amboi platinum, gebunya kek.... jeles akak.. akak penah buat 2-3 bulan lepas, jadi mcm bingka, kasi anak makan.. siap tya puding cheese ke  kena cuba lagi le... sini philly cheese mahal, kat $11 seketul, tak berani nak buat takut jadi bingka lagi....

NY Cheesecake, baru lepas masak.


Pumpkin Cheesecake with orange marmalade and halwa halia.


Yang nih I main tabur je benda2 yang jumpa dalam pantry kat atas dia.
