perasa pandan tu esen pandan ke pandan paste/emulco?...kalau pandan paste tu rasanya memang perasa+pewarna sekali kan. |

esen pandan = perasa pandan yg berwarna putih
pandan paste/emulco = perasa pandan yg berwarna hijau
biasanya maklang akan letak setitik esen dan paste sekali dan colouring hijau sbb pandan paste tu hijaunya tak menyerlah sgt bila dah gaul ngan adunan.... mklang tibai letak colouring setitik dua.......wat kek pandan pun camtu gak..maklang letak esen + paste + colour ijo
sumernya bergantung ikut kehendak sendiri....iaitu tibaiii..hentam je labu.... |

Famous Amos Cookies dr ninoZ
(Recipe may be halved)
2 cups butter
4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
5 cups blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal and blend in blender to a fine
powder)
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. salt
1 8 oz. Cadbury bar (grated)
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)
2 tsp. vanilla
Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together
with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips,
Hershey bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a
cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies.
wani just use half portion of recipe. sbb baru nk try kan..
wani gune almond nibs as chopped nuts. mmg best. tp terpulang la pade tekak masing2 ekk
pastu, oatmeal tu, wani gune nestum yg jename ape tah. sbb kt rumah ni mmg x mkn oats. mmg best lagi
pastu suhu as stated tu wani rase dlm fahrenheit. so when converted to celcius, lbh kureng 190 kot. oven wani kecik, so wani gune dlm 150C je.
results? very d bomb! (ade few batches yg hangit sikit )
gambar tu later wani tepek ye..
skrg ade sikit sibuk siapkan keje skola yg cegu2 sekola tinggi kasik

mengikut pengalaman gue le, kalu x nak biskut tu meleper+ gedebuk besar...gue biasa buat biskut amos ni...uli pagi...tutup dgn plastik...tghari baru bakar....
gue memang every year buat biskut ni...yang tak tahan tu tang nak parut cokelat bar tu.....eiiii...malasnya..... |
