Hari ni tadi baru kesempatan buat nasi lemak. Makan ngan ikan masin.... besttt.. tapi kesian I sebab ikan masin tu I makan sorang2 jer.... ada lagi belen dalam peti ais. Esok lusa tulat bleh makan lagi...

udang goreng tom yam - resipi ciptaan sendiri. kalau nak cuba ni resipinya:

udang sedang dlm 15 ekor
minyak utk menumis
tom yam paste dlm 1 sudu besar (agak2 tgk udang byk mana & size cos paste ni very the masin)
1 btg serai dimayang
2 biji bawang putih (diced)
1 labu bawang besar (diced)
gula sikit secukup rasa (perlu utk balancekan masin & masam paste tu)
daun limau purut dimayang
nampla sos beberapa percik jer
air utk juicy, takut kering sgt
santan 2 sudu besar (optional, nak bubuh ok tak bubuh pun takper)
kalau nak lagi pedas, potong cili api ikut suka byk mana

tumis bawang putih & serai, masukkan tomyam paste. masak sekejap, pastu campak bahan lain semua termasuk udang. tadaaaa dah siappppp ... garam & asam tak perlu sebab tomyam paste (i used maggie's) tu dah cukup masin & masam. nampla pon sikit jer utk bau, nanti masin plak. rasanya very marbelesss, makan dgn nasi panas ... foohhh tak pandang kiri kanan dah.

Pan fried aje... 4 minutes each side... kalau suka well done fry 5-6 mins each side...
i cuma taruk seasalt dan cracked pepper.... lagi sedap macam tu bila makan dengan gravy... kalau tak de gravy baru i marinate ikut selera semasa...

I goreng ikan masin tu 2 ekor je tau tapi boleh tahan lama... kadang2 sampai 2 minggu baru habis sebab i makan nasi dalam 3 kali seminggu...

yes, definitely. senang jer kalau nak buat sendiri. bhnnya mostly dah ada kat rumah. kalau nak try buat sendiri, ni resipinya;

butter dlm 2 sudu
bawang besar 1 labu, diced
bawang putih 2 labu, diced
sayur (can be pumpkin/carrot/asparagus or mixture etc, anything that you like) - mine 6 ketul pumpkin size 2x2 inch, carrot 1 btg
celery is a must  (1/2 btg cukup, kalau sayur tak banyak. kalau sayur byk, 1 btg)
tepung gandum 3 sudu
air dlm 500ml, lebih sket pon tak per... i tak suka sukat2 ni .. agak2 jer ikut suka hihihi
halia 1inci

lada sulah
garam
gula sket jer
uht cream dlm 50ml kot... hari tu main tuang jer agak2

panaskan butter lam periuk, tumis bawang putih & bwg besar. agak dah layu tu, masukkan semua sayur termasuk celery... agak2 dah layu sayur, masuk tepung gandum, kacau lagi then masukkan air, masak sampai semua mixed well. sejukkan sekejap (suam2 kuku pon ok)

pas tu trett tretttt tretttttt blender bahan yang dimasak tadi together with halia. then tapis, ambil liquid jer (masa tapis tu kena kacau2 skit atas tapis tu pasal kengkadang terblock). then masuk balik dlm periuk, masak api sederhana, masukkan lada sulah, garam & gula. last sekali masukkan uht cream - kacau sekejap dlm 3minit... tada.... dah siappp .. better then secret recipe's ok hahahaha ... give it a try.

sedap dimakan bersama garlic bread. satu family blh makan.

saya buat sendiri ... potong daging & ayam, perap, cucuk & bakar lam over jer ... resipi main agak2 ... ada jintan manis, jintan putih, madu, kunyit, gula, serai, halia... saya test bakar 1 dulu.. tgk rasa camana... kurang gula, saya tambah gula .. cam tu la style saya   ...

wah wah wwwwahhhh sodapnya.. dgn drumstick lagi tu.. buat sardine masak lemak campur dgn drum stick.. heaven man!!!!!!!!!!

Dami.. rasa drumstick tu. .lemak lemak.. camtu... you bite and sedut isi dia.. lepas tu hemaps di buang.. sodap.. sodap.

My satay.. saya tak guna lidi. saya oven bake chicken parts. sebab "tak rajin" nak menyucuk lidi.

Butter milk chicken

Cali..

Daging ayam tu saya potong panjang. I use chests.
di perap dlm buttermilk yg telah di campurkan dgn, garam, serbuk halia, lada sulah and sedikit curry powder.
Saya perap dlm about 30 minutes, kalau lama lagi bagus.

Lepas tu saya tumiskan bawang yg di cincang dan juga bawang putih(di cincang) dah naik aroma. saya masukkan daging ayam tadi( one by one). Bila butter milk tadi dah kering sikit, saya add. butter milk yg lebih dari yg di guna untuk memerap daging tu. Just enough to cook the chicken.

( don´t over fry the thing nanti it becomes too dry)
