Makan nasi ikut besar penumbuk masing2. Makan nasi sekali saja sehari masa lunch. Malam2 ambillah sup2 saja.

Ada byk option untuk kurangkan carbs dalam beras
1. Pakai parboiled basmathi rice
2. Tambah sedikit serbuk cinnamon bila masak nasi tu (cinnamon reduce blood sugar level)
3. Gunakan mix grain (boleh campur buckwheat, quinoa, brown rice, barley )... selain dari reduce carbs, bleh increase protein, other nutrients & fibre...

Orang2 tua dulu klo masak nasik time mendidih tu deme ambik air hat kaler putih tu bg baby minum..sejukkn dulu la kasik suam2. Ganti susu.

Beras perang sama je banyak kanji macam beras biasa dan dia cuma ada kandungan mineral, vitamin dan fiber lebih. Makan herba ponni atau parboiled je. Kalau nak jimat, buat macam india selalu buat. Rebus sampai kembang, tapis dan biar dia kering. Kurang rasa lapar dan badan rasa ringan. Kanji banyak buat ketagih nak makan lagi dan lagi dan mengantuk.
