Betul..i pernah try.turun 5kg sebulan..tak pakai produk apa2 pon,makan pon xde skip.makin kerap lagi ada lah..pastu jogging 2-3x seminggu. Jgn amik fast food,bnda brgoreng,garam,gula and minum bnyk air..untuk karbo i tukar beras perang and roti whole meal.ikan or ayam i tukar gril2 je.selepas kul 8mlam i xmakn,kalau lapar sangat i mkn buah.tapi i xteruskan sebab i xtahan dugaan..haha.tapi berkesan chuolls..semua perasaan i mengurus.dan bila selalu jogging badan rasa sihat n ringan je,xmengah.dalam masa sebulan setakat jogging non stop 45min tu nothing lah.. padahal hari pertama,5min je jogging.lepas tu jalan itik pulang petang jah..

Laki ioolss kurus perut.. x minum manis.. llaki mmg lebih senang turun berat dr wanita..

nie agak setuju..metabolism rate dorg tinggi kot dari perempuan. husband i tak makan nasi seminggu tapi tak workout pun dah nampak beza ketara turun berat badan, semua org tegur.

kalau kta dah workout, jaga makan seminggu, result org tak perasan pun. kita je rasa eh dah kurus sikit sbb seluar ada longgar sikit. sakit ati i. hahahahahah
