Wahhh hebat kau. Aku baru start diet n gym balik. Strict lah. Trainer akan cek calori intake aku n train aku 2-3 times a week. Focus on fatloss.. stamina n strength -cardio n main besi.

Week 1 turun 2kg tapi fat% xturun pun. Water loss kot. Haiya. Ni dah week 2... harap2 ada good loss (fat loss). Aku klu dpt turunkan 8kg (fat bukan muscle or air) per month kira best dah.

Aku benci wehh training utk fatloss. Sakitttt. But... kena buat. Huhuhu

True. Inspirasi aku adalah trainer aku. Orgnya kecik je. Tapi fit gile. All in the right places. Lari kt treadmill pun cam belalang. I is jeles.

mahal tak upah personal trainer ni sis??teringin masuk gym balik tp dh veteren nih  nak exercise ringan2 saja takut  lutut cramp haaaaa

Ohh... dia minta RM100 permonth. Meet 3x a week. Murah la berbanding my other trainer (certified).

Yg ni not a certified trainer but dia ada experience and he seems to know what he is doing. Dh lama himpit2 aku but masa tu aku xready. Now kolesterol dh mencanak..  baru terhegeh2 cari dia. I train for weight loss. Strength n stamina.

But betul la beb.. umur dah bnyk ni... segala2nya slow. I had to remind him aku xmuda. Tapi last week aku kena buat cardio through dropset deadlift start dgn 50kg.. pehh.. complete je 1 set (11 rep) aku rasa nk pukul dia. Setan! Dia lupa kot.. aku 17 tahun lg tua dr dia
