Da 2-3 org kwn ckp beli bln jan-mar 2021..or kalau nk cepat lg oct-dec2020..kwn yg ckp..i pon xtau ...

Akak tgh aim tanah kot2 org patah kandar nak jual.. mmg akak sauk klu lokasi baik.. hehehe

Akak pon berharap rumah2 area akak ni ada laa org nak jual2 murah.. tak pon owner rumah ni nak jual murah.. mls dah nak pindah2 area sini pon sgt ok

Skg ni pun dh ada developer offer rm100 booking fee online. Submit document semua online. Nk tgk show unit agen bg vedio. Nak atau x je beli. Harga skg mmg dh turun. Sejak last year lg.

Kalau ada anak yg da sekolah lg pening pk nk duk area mana..duk pk sian ke anak nk kne tuka sekolah la plkkk..haha..sudah nya lepas anak2 da abis sekolah duk asrama br la para ibu bapa ni beli umah utk settle down..

Agak2 bila kita blh grab utk beli yea? Maaf akak ni naif sikit part2 ni ..

umah subsale ker..second hand..
biasa org nak jual cepat sebab samada dia perlukan duit atau dia nak blk kg..
cari umah yg dah direnovate better kalau malas nk pikir repair apa sume...
kalau dia nk duit cepat, nego je lah.
org prefer beli umah subsale ni sebab dah confirm pembangunan kat situ..
pastu dah senang, convenience.

kalau beli umah baru, kata ada sekolah..tup2 sekolah lambat buat ka..
mcm kat rawang kan dulu..bandar country home..perancangan macam2 awal2, tp tak jadi..
sudahnya banyak umah tersadai.
sekarang mcm dah ok skit..since rawang pun dah nampak mcm bandar.

Jgn kata rawang..damansara damai pon da 20thn mslh sama saja..kata nk buka jd 2 jalan tp smpi sudah xde pun..sb tu property dlm tu flop..the vale pon xleh nak jual..suasana condo br naik pon nazak x abis jual...i ada minat unit kat armanee dlm tu dulu pastu kwn yg mmg da lama duk situ ckp better jgn beli armanee..org yg da lama duk armanee pon nk kuar dr situ sb pg2 jem smpi ke parking..pg2 amik ms 2jam nk kuar damansara damai je..baik duk sg buloh terus kalau gitu..

tapi org yg kais pagi makan pagi tak boleh jealos dengan kita kheeun sis? dulu kita pun susah...sekarang org tengah susah dgn pandemik ini kita pedulik apa dgn theyols?..we are opportunists..mana good deal kita grab.....

harga rumah yang overrated, punca dari pemaju yang tamak,
jugak speculator yang manipulate property market for quick profits.
sampai ramai orang tak mampu beli untuk duduk sendiri.

padan muka semua nya. bankrupt lagi baik.

Kalau rm 400k blh la dapat low cost double storey under Dbkl 900sft.

Dah siap mention RM 400k kan tu uols ni tak pakai contact lense ke masa taip tu.

Kalau Cerita rumah area Downtown KL tak pun kajang Country heights beli cash blh la nak up.
