entahlah masa belajor dulu... kekawan ada cakap jangan makan kentang goreng sangat sbb kentang goreng/makanan berasaskan kentang nie antara faktor penyumbang kepada masalah nie...
tp memang ada betulnya kot sbb tgk mat2 saleh dok bantai makan chips nie babnyak.. memang punggung diorg besar... so rasanya kena kurangkan laaaa
tp kalau selalu buat execise OK kot.. sbb perlukan banyak tenaga

kalau org pompuan memang tak elok dok bertinggung/cangkung nie kan.. sbb boleh effect bahagian rahim kita..

ada kan jenis senaman yang twist2 tu utk kecikkan bahagian punggung.. ada alat dia cam disc utk kita twistkan badan ... cuba pi kat kedai alat senaman cuba tanya..leh buat sesenyap dalam bilik..

olliebee, if u ni kan btul punyai montot besaq mcm tu aa... , just be proud of it. I mean...what's the matter with it? All my other girl friends are dying trying to shape on their, well, butt. They want their butt big. I'm not sure how big is your butt, but I think, like I said before, be happy with what we have. We never know...

Anyway, my point is be proud of what we have now. And if there's something we can do to 'improve' it, then why not give a try?

p/s: have I mentioned before that I am in the taste of girls with big butt?   (well, I am not a sex maniac though.)

erm tapi if mmg montot ko tu besar sbb lemak..pe kate sapu ubat...ubat kecik montot..ade kat kedai2 kecantikan..aku pun lupe da name die..kalau tak silap produk felisa...saje je..mmg bile sape..terase panas skit..tapi sapu pas mandi la..baru rase kesannye..pastu tak pun..pas sapu ko gi la joging...mmg lagi berkesan...tapi if mmg tulang(kerangka) montot ko da besar..mmg da tak leh kecik kan da..bersyukur je la pe yang ade..maybe ade hikmah tuhan jadikan mcm tu...
