rupe2nya ramai gak yang jenis tido lama cam aku nie..

bab jumpa doktor ni yang aku kureng sket, tp risau gak kot2 pe yang audio kate tu betul . tengoklah kalau makin teruk aku kan g gak klinik. buat sementara ni aku try exercise dlu.

skang ni selesa tido 6jam sehari..myb lepas ni 5jam ke pulak

jangan riso..ramai member2 yg seangkatan ngan hang bab tdo melebihi had nie..

memula mmg susah laa nak ubah rutin kite tue..
tapi once kita dah ade aktiviti len yg tetap, insyaAllah kita dpt adjust waktu tdo tue..

macam kite nie dulu time study kat U tdo kul 4 pg (sbb time tue forum tutup )
pastu bgn untuk solat je...kalo hari ahad tue lagi gempak..kul 3 baru bangun tdo & siap2 br g brunch (brkfast + lunch)...
time nie rutin tdo mmg susah nak ubah coz housemate kite sume jenis cam  nie gak...

la nie dah keje..rutin tido tue dah leh adjust sket...
tdo before 2am bangun kul 6.30am...

setuju sangat..

mcm parents kite kul 10 lebih kurang camtue diorang dah tdo..

and akan bangun kul 4am...dia kate dah takleh nak tdo lg dah...

dan kite perhatikan walau pukul bape pun diorang tdo automatic akan bgn kul 4am...iskk...

ish...apsal ko kuat sgt tido? biasenye kalu terlebih tido nie tu yg buat bdn makin lemah..

aku ade sorg pakcik mase muda2 mmg dia kuat tido...tp dia jenis bgn tido lmbt la...dlm nak mkn tghari baru bgn...pastu kene gastrik...

pastu xlame dia kene sakit mcm radang mate..aku assume dia kene sbb dia kuat tido...tp alhamdulillah dah sihat da skang..

kesimpulannye...jgn amalkan tido berlebihan.

Nko ada masalah depression ke? Interpersonal problems?

even klu tidur 'bayar hutang' pun takkan sampai lama gile.. basically, orang yg 'bayar hutang' tido pun, duration tido dia takkan bertambah sangat bila dia dapat tido, cuma dia punya REM sleep jer bertambah...

Jumpa doc la...
