Mother arrested for raping teenage son
A 36-year-old Russian woman has been arrested for raping her son. The mother admitted her guilt, explaining that she was desperate for men’s attention after serving a lengthy prison term.
The crime was reported by the 15-year-old victim to the police in the Sverdlovsk Region of Russia, Life.ru website reports. The teenager told the investigators that his mother had not only repeatedly beat him and his five-year-old sister, but also forced him to have sex with her.
The woman identified as Tatiana Shabalina has served several prison terms for robberies and thefts.
After returning home to her mother and two children from the latest conviction, the woman drank a lot and often beat the children, once injuring the son so badly that he had to be rushed to hospital.
A criminal case was launched against her for cruel treatment of minors, but the children refused to testify against their mother.
However after a few sessions with a therapist, the teenage son revealed even more than the police expected.
He said that once after his mother had come home drunk, she ordered him to get into bed and have sex with her, threatening to kill him if he refused.
Confronted with the accusations, the incest mother admitted the rape. She explained that after all the time she had spent in prison she was feeling deprived of men’s attention and thought she could use her son to satisfy her sexual needs.
At present the woman is in custody awaiting trial. The children have been sent to an orphanage.
