shida dah buat kek ni last saturday. guna resepi aini salim. kek ni jadi elok gebunya. tapi.... tang melipat tu, dia patah le pulak. frust sangat-sangat. nanti nak buat lagi le. gambar tak de. bawak pi rumah aunty lupa nak snap.

klu patah sebab kek terlalu kering! masa bakar i letak kat grill hampir kebawah! atau another option bila da nampak kuning terus tutup dgn aluminium foil sampai kek betul2 masak tapi tutup jgn rapat!

caranya lipat dari bawah dulu! jgn terus lipat mcm sandwich nanti patah!

...bila nak lipat kek nie...ko just lift up the corners of your towel...and slowly fold it into 2....camnie...

blackmore, chemp sudah buat tapi confused sikit....5 tbsps yang campur chocolate paste tu untuk satu pan ke sebab kalau bahagi dua sangat sikit especially kalau melekat ke baking paper.....

...bila dah rata...baru ko pipekan adonan belen tu tadi kat atas adonan coklat nie...covering the coklat...pastu bakar...

Kek Nutella (resepi Kak Blackmore)

Selepas dipotong..yg ni comot2 skit sbb lupa nak masuk baki kek yg belum dipotong dlm peti ais.


My komen & tetamu yg makan..sedaapppp sangat. Semua orang ingat zie beli kt kedai..thanks to sis blalckmore utk resepi ni..mmg disyorkan utk kawan2 mencuba.
Peringatan: Kek ni tak boleh lama2 kt luar..nanti bila nak dipotong, comot2 jadinya..hehehe..jgn jadi macam saya.

banyak ye yang buat ladam ni....
chemp pun buat yesterday....the 1st pan patah maybe sebab gulung semasa agak sejuk....ini gambar dari the 2nd pan...sememeh je semasa potong tu...
