my fren tu jaga anak2 dia jer....
Sbb kitorang sama2 jaga budak.. i, brother, husband, my exhusband all kerja hybrid oil n gas (mix work from home and work in office) and same time urus bisnes2.... kerja same towers, ada rumah di kl/selangor and bisnes & rumah pun sekampung...
So we take turns looking after our kids... ada helpers, kitorang bayar upah utk helpers, cikgu mengaji & cikgu tuition |

Take turns.. so kalo i outstation or follow husband, mmg wajar kawtim dgn exhusband & his wife utk jaga anak, to ensure persekolahan tak ponteng or cicir...
semua budak2 tu : anak i, nephews, anak tiri my ex, semua satu sekolah... kalo preschool / daycare pun seberang lorong sekolah aje..
Kalo cuti skolah, 4 minggu cuti, so 2 minggu anak akan dengan i... hari skolah pun sama... rumah ex i seberang sekolah, rumah my mom (adik i duduk) the other side of sekolah, walking distance aje.. so kena kawtim laa both families supaya kita boleh arrange our schedule... kalo ex i tak available, i pun busy, so i akan minta my in laws jagakan anak i....
Support system...
Co-parenting ni kena tolerate.. susah awal2 tu but then soooooo easy utk kita manage our schedule..
mcm jarang sangat kan orang buat camni... but it really works for us |

Ni upcoming cuti skolah 9 hari... anak i dah susun glamping activities.... 4 kali glamping horkehhhhhhh
I prefer glamping sbb nak tido dlm tent, but having the luxury of aircond tent & proper toilet /shower.... rm500 per night minimum... usually every cuti skolah asik ulang alik legoland.... this time around budak2 tu nak outdoors
4 glamping tu dah bayor /booked:
1 kat terengganu together with my nephews
2 kat janda baik with husband & reunion unimate i
1 kat area selangor with keluarga ex i
Honestly i enjoyed having budak2 yg dah besar and more quality time together.... i dah tak kuasa nak menetek baby |

Ha ah.. actually both sides, co parenting..
zaman skang ni nak kena ada multiple income laa utk masa depan & retirement & keterjaminan masa depan anak2.. nak harap 1 salary sahaja susah |
