PEOPLE SOURCE - Accounts Executive

Responsibility:

This position will responsible for timely and accurate Management and Financial Reporting.
Assist his / her supervisor in financial & accounting functions, including payment checking, preparation of management reports and maintain accounting records in compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.
Preparing monthly Balance sheet Reconciliation.
Preparing monthly tax analysis.
Handling ad-hoc financial matters and projects assigned as and when required.
Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Accounting or currently pursue Professional Qualification in ACCA/CIMA.
1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting. Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
Good command of the English language, both written & spoken.
Good analytical and process management skills.
Good computer knowledge and must be proficient in MS Office.
High learning capacity and positive working attitude.
Self motivated, energetic and able to work under pressure, and independent.
A team player with good communication, interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for product costing & pricing, analysis of customer & site performance, forecasting & planning and risk prevention.

To conduct financial modeling and forecasts of development components of the Company’s development project;
To conduct financial evaluation of potential clients;
To analyze monthly cost and analyze significant cost movements;
To coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Management Reports
To conduct variance analysis on actual versus budget and forecast where applicable, highlight to management on areas of improvement
To assist in coordinating on quarterly forecast and annual budget and business plan preparation process
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or a member of a Professional Accounting Body with minimum 3 years’ experience in audit
Experience in management accounting or cost analysis in a property/project development will be an added advantage.
Familiar with the preparation of Financial Modeling
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting software.
Analytical, attentive to detail and self-motivated with the ability to work independently with high degree of maturity, integrity and initiative.
A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.

normal practice - company screen resume, berkenan ; shorlist; tak berkenan - masuk kotak - tak obligated utk bg tau kata tak dpt, klu dlm masa 2-3 bulan tak panggei-panggei..pepaham je la...teruskan usaha tuk apply kat tempat lain...kekadang resume content pun hampeh !!
