jackie i baru 10 hari workout kat fitness first IOI.
Hari ni pi timbang.
fat reduce 2.5kg
lean muscle gain 2kg.
overall turun 0.5kg ja..apa pendapat u, ni slow sangat ker..?
i buat cardio to burn dlm 250calories, then weight exercise 20min.
I pi gym hari2 tau sejak i join 10days ago, what say u?
my target to turun 6kg sebelum raya (Nov).. achievable dak cara cam gini? |

okla tu, starting. jgn terlalu drastik. cuma jgn ditimbang sgt berat tu. cara yg efektif ialah tgk cermin. ada x perubahan. take ur time. raya lambat lg. |

kalau xde masa, kadang kala tu amik gak protein shake. tp bleh rasa different makan natural ngan guna supplement. telor kuning tu cholestrol tinggi. tp kalau guna sikit boleh jd burn fat. sehari sebiji dah cukup. |

CT, my fat % ni dah kira masuk kategori obes dah tau. Now nk burn lemak2 ni keluar instead of dok loss muscle ja dng diet yg melampau. |

thanks jackie, hari2 gak tgk cermin..memang ada nampak la perubahan..lemak yg bertempek kat belakang dan kat tangan dah kurang sikit..pinggang dah ada balik dah..TAPI PERUT lom la firm lagih. adeii..betis sakit la tiap kali bangun tido tapi bila start exercise dah tak der rasa apa2 dah. Abdominal area nih..kena diberi keutamaan. yg lelain tu tak merisaukan sgt.
Hui..raya nih..harap2 cun la. Leh mkn bebanyk sikit. Nak pulon ketupat palas lebe..now kena workout lebe2. |

dah lama baca tp baru arinih nak cakap something
masa blajar dulu..mmg slalu exercise, almost everyday sbb nak release tension dari belajar kan
tp bila dah abis belajar nih, mmg susah laa nak senam..sbb i like to go to gym...suma barang ada kat situ tp kat rumah nih nothing is available
lagi satu, dulu masa belajar senam sbb sendiri nak...
saya nih agak besar orangnya...sy senam pun bkn nak kurus tp sbb nak makan sedap (so tak rasa bersalah)
tp skarang, everyone pressure suruh kurus and it lowered my motivation
maybe pasal tuh laa benda2 pil kurus tuh laku walaupun mahal |

10-15 lean sgt utk prempuan. prempuan 'sedap2' patut dlm range 20% gak. ada tempat prempuan perlu fat kalau nak nampak cantik n 'menarik lelaki'. |

Anyway Jackie, nak tanya la sikit kan, I ni baru je lepas bersalin 2 minggu & masih lagi dalam pantang.
Berat I sekarang around 64kg, before pregnant dulu, I maintain le 48kg, paling berat pun 50kg. Tinggi 152cm.
Ingat nak join aerobic class lepas habis pantang ni.
Tapi sebab I hari tu, keguguran (my baby meninggal dlm perut, so I bersalin normal untuk keluarkan baby), ingatkan nak conceive balik le cepat sikit. In your opinion kan, katalah I dah start aerobic class nanti, ada effect tak to my pregnancy? sebab, ye la kan, mungkin pada awal pregnancy tu kita tak sedar yg kita dah terpregnant. What do you suggest? Sorry la ek, kalau2 soalan I ni mcm merapu sikit. I need to get my old body shape back, but at the same time nak conceive jugak...since anak yg paling bongsu sekarang dah 5 tahun, nak try to have another baby lagi. Please reply.
