dalam utusan hari ni, datuk k kata baru dapat notis selepas tarikh lelong so pada dia rumah tu masih dia punya. In denial ke couple ni membawa ke betty sekali? Alah...minta je advise husband rebecca

I beli umah lelong 7.1 aritu.start at rm90k,ada 11 bidder.umah korner lot.built up area nya agak besar,boleh buat sebijik umah lagi yg sama saiz.umah ni masa asal2 dulu harga jualan is rm65k utk korner,rm50k utk lot tgh.
dr 11 bidder,3 jek melayu and my husband is one of them..
mmg btl kewujudan ulat2 ni,dorang main angkat2 masa bid utk naikkan harga, smpilah dah rm120k,which is harga pasaran umah tu skrg,dorang stop..so yg 3 melayu ni termasuk my husband bid lagi,sampailah akhirnya umah tu kami dpt at rm145k.mmg over market price katanya,tp kami husband and wife buat pekak jer sbb kami xde umah lagi,umur da nak 40.
dah setel semua tiba bab nak buat loan bank...
husband komitmen tinggi,ada keta 2,loan asb 100k,kredit kad rm4k,and ada 2 personal loan berjumlah dlm rm10k jer (da nak abis next year), dgn gaji sekitar rm3k sahaja.anak kami 5 org.so bermulalah bab2 turun naik bank ni nak masuk loan.kami pass dokumen kat agent utk masuk loan tp kami sendiri pun gi bank jugak try2 masuk loan.
fyi,kami guna agent and kami bayar rm1500 utk masuk lelong ni.loan nak buat rm136k sbb rm9k da bayar utk 10% duit bid tadi,10% dr rm90k.
g bank,jwpn sama..high komitmen lagilah anak 5 org,mmg padat sendat.so I pun bila bank kata komitmen tinggi,barulah kuarkan supporting dokumen which is I punya ssm,company account (kami berniaga makanan secara homebased),and slip gaji felda my husband..pun bank kata,x brp membantu sbb skrg semua bank da centralized, so kelulusan dr HQ based pd details2 yg branch masukkan pd system.supporting documents ni dorang ltk sebagai remark utk point tambahan itupun jika org yg view di HQ tu nak tgk remark tu.
I gugel2 I jumpa lah pasal loan asb..klu kita nak loan dgn cimb bank,loan asb ygbuat dgn cimb bank membantu..sbb mereka akan kira as part of the income..so kai x jual rm50k loan asb dr cimb bank,tp kami jual rm50k loan asb dr rhb bank..so da kurangkan komitmen kat ctu sbyk rm50k..pastu g aeon credit setelkan abis ada satu loan kami beli brg..
kami pegi cimb..cimb ckp,akan amik masa penjualan loan asb tu,akan amik masa sebulan,so dorang try masukkan loan umah kami ni jugak..masuk dlm system and tunggu feedback dr HQ,sbb I berkeras ckp loan asb kami rm50k ni,kira sbg part of my husband punya income.
pegi mbsb..alhamdulillah staff dia bagus..amik dokumen semua,suh emailkan mana2 yg berkaitan lagi.
gi maybank pun alhamdulillah branch manager tu amik semua dokumen and mintak lagi dokumen2 lain utk emailkan as supporting.
my advise kat sapa2 yg nak beli umah lelong,standby cash..klu kami ni nak masuk bid rm90k,kami da standby rm20k cash utk segala mak nenek sbb kena ingat..klu umah lelong,bank bagi 90% loan jerk..bukan full loan..and loan diberi tu,klu sesetengah bank dia based pd market price yg valuer bg.
bukan pd harga yg kita bid.dlm kes kami,valuer bank rakyat nlaikn umah kami ni rm130k,so 90% dr rm130k, maka kami kena tambah lagi rm25k ..pengsan mak..
mbsb ada skim umah pertamaku..tp minimum harga umah is rm150k..
so skrg ni kami tgh kejar2 lagi loan..xtaulah mana yg dpt dulu..doakan lah kami rakyat marhaen ni dpt loan cpt..sorilah off topic ya,tp kena bgtau gak kat kwn2 pengalaman kami,
klu yg belum ada umah tu,jgn buat loan asb dulu,beli umah dulu..sbb skrg housing loan procedure leceh sikit.
and klu wife niaga2 dr umah mcm saya ni,buatlah ssm and current account..sbb senang nk tunjuk bank statement niaga kita..gtu lah sikit sebanyak..

Sorry to say laa...retis2 ni semua mmg ngejor yg duit berkepok sajork kann??Muka kertu,senget sebelah, boroi,pendek,bobotaks n tahap grandpa2 nk masuk kubur memanggil2 pon larat nk hadap memalam kan??? Acaner tuh? Memalam tutup lampu n tutup muka dgn  bantal... AlAla2 jalan terus konsepnya Kerr??kuikuikui

klu baca dkt fb,gigih betul fanatik umie aida ni dok berdoa ke umie aida dgn laki nya agar bersabar,bertenang,siap ada yg nangis sbb x boleh nak tolong gitew katanya..hahaha

gigih sgt dorang ni,title article tu plak psl si khairuddin ni minta maaf dkt umie aida sbb rumah hadiah perkahwinan dilelong gitu..maka ramai lah yg menyokong dan memberi semangat..

mau mati kejung fans umie aida klu baca posts korang siap citer perihal lampau umie aida
