Dulu pernah nampak kat Perfect Formula Ampang, tapi sekarang mungkin dah takde. Ptg tadi pi ingat nak tgk dan beli brg2 lain tapi tutup pulak..BWY confirmed takde.

Betul ke...rasanye hari tu tgk kat puchong macam RM9.70...tapi tak tau la lepas CNY dia tukar harga...kalau ade yang rajin nanti confirmkan harge ye...

Mmg harga utk 250gm cheese Philly RM5.80 semalam baru saya beli..kalau 500gm dalam RM10 lebih..tapi cheese philly nih bukan yg cam kat supermarket yg dalam kotak tu..nih rasanyer they all beli in bulk and potong and timbang sendiri..tapi for me rasa still sama

thanks...hujung minggu ni kalau rajin ingat nak singgah jap...kalau rajin lagi boleh le buat kek lagi...smlm buat coklat kek, anak nak yang mcm kat kedai, yang ade cream....saya meltkan cooking chocolate je...malas nak buat cream

kt jb nih saya bli cream cheese philly rm6 for 250g...bli kt bakery supplier...still ok la compare dgn rega kt supermarket...nk dekat rm10 for 250g..

Today buat experiment between Tatura Cream Cheese and Philly Cream Cheese. Buat Chilled Cheese Cake. Turned out to be, Tatura punya less creamy and the cheese taste tak strong compare to Philly. Tak tahu la pula kalau buat bake cheese cake maybe tak rasa different. So, I will stick to Philly Cream Cheese. Lagipun, kat Bagus RM5.80 for 250gm. Still cheaper than Tatura.

Lagi murah Philly, RM6.00 for 250gm at Perfect Formula. Still Philly the best la untuk cheesecake.

Dulu pernah jugak nak try guna brand anchor tapi tak ada jual yg pack kecil-kecil. Takut nak beli 1KG terus. Yg buat pakai Tatura cheese tadi tak laku. Yang pakai Philly dah habih licin. Anak-anak pun boleh bezakan yang ini sedap.. yang ini tak sedap.

anchor & bega ni jual pack 2kg....... kraft philly pun belum habis sebenarnya, sedang fikir nak buat cheesecake mana satu; terlalu banyak resipi.....

carik Philadelphia takde stok..carik kat kedai bakery stok tak sampai lagik..
nk tak nak kena laa amik jugakk..terdesak nie nk wat ciskek..[tapi tatau nk wat yg mana satu..pulokk]
tapikan...yg tatura kita beli tu kan..tak berapa keras laa..cam lembik2 skett..[1st time guna brand nie]
biasa yg pack mcm butter tu keras kan..tapi nie tak..mmg mcm tu ka?

tak pernah guna cheese ni tapi selalu jugak tekan2 packaging masa tgk kat supermarket..mmg lebik skit..tapi bukan ker senang nak pukul nanti..
