insyaallah jadi kalau u baca betul2 utk panduan dlm thread nih..try lah buat resipi Simple Sinful Cheesecake..

nape ju buat cheese cake tak jadi arrr..ju guna resepi Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake (sumber alma dr myresipi)..sedihnyer..dia jadi cam puding pulak..bantat..uuuuwaaaaaaaa   tolonglah kekawan..ju teringin sgt nak makan..tgk gambar rasa terliur jer..
selalu ju buat souffle cheese cake memang jadi..tapi tak taulah nape ju buat resepi ni tak jadi pulak..

mungkin ju pukul putih telor sekejap sgt kot..lebih kurang 5 minit?selalunya berapa minit pukul putih telor??
pastu ju guna icing sugar..maybe sebab tu tak jadikan...

nak tanya lagi..masa nak cairkan butter,cheese, susu segar tu kan kena buat cara double boiler kan??caranya masukkan bekas adunan ke dalam bekas yang berisi air panas kan???kacau sampai cair..tapi ju buat adunan tu tak lah cair cam susu..cuma dia macam likat..betul ke arrr...

ciannyer....tp kite x dapat nk tolong la ju....sebab kita lum try lg resepi ni...

x per...jap lagi ader la sifu2 cheese cake kita yg akan bantu n tolong jwb masalah ju nih....

saya pukul putih telur tu sampai kembang ,dan warna nyer putih berkilat gitu.....orang kata sampai ada soft peak..atau bertanduk...

saya tak pasti la berapa lama....tp agak lama la jugak la nak dpt sampai bentuk bertanduk tue....sbb saya pukul palak tgn jer..guner whisker tu ...naik lenguh jugak la tgn.....hehehe....

saya pun dah buat, walaupun pukul putih telur ngan mixer, tp saya tak tgk lak masa, cuma betul2 buat bagi dia 'bertanduk'
kengkadang nampak cam dah soft, tp bila terbalikkan dia, cam nak jatuh, saya pukul lagi. gula plak saya guna gula kasar yg dah di blendkan bg halus.
masa tu tawakal je, jadi ke tak.. tp pas keluar oven dia turun sket la..

Semalam buat cheesecake untuk kawan2 office. I letak snickers chocolate kat atas (potong kecik2)...some caramels, toffee bits, and choc chips.
