I letak jelly Lady Choice (malaysia mari punya). Kalau takda you boleh panaskan balik jem apricot/strawberry dalam periuk lepas tu you sapukan atas buah.

Untuk base I guna puff pastry (kedai mari), fresh strawberry, patissery creme and glazing.

Cali, thank you for the tips.  Jelly Lady's Choice tu... flavour apa kalau nak guna?  Dan, bab patisseri tu, apa ya..?  Citer le sikit...  sama ke macam whip cream?  Hamba budak baru belajar... :tq:

Untuk filo sheet tu you can use it macam kulit popia tapi lagi fragile sebab once you bukak plastic dia cepat rapuh. So you cover guna kain lembab. Sedap kalau you buat samosa. I pun kekadang tu buat gulung popia. Tapi kat sini diorang selalunya guna untuk letak inti macam karipap lepas tu gulung besar-besar dan makan dengan salad. Rasanya boleh guna untuk buat murtabak perantau (resipi kak Noor)

Cream Patisserie:

3 biji telur
3 tbsp tepung gandum (kalau nak pekatkan krim tambah lagi)
3 - 4 Susu fresh
1 cawan gula pasir (tambah kalau nak magi manis)

*cawan ni gunakan yang sama untuk gula & susu

Bancuhkan semua ni dalam periuk kat atas api yang perlahan. Kacau sampai pekat & sampai tepung tak berbiji-biji. Cream ni senang hangit so kena berjaga-jaga.

Total time untuk masak krim ni tak sampai 10 mins. pun.

GLAZING:

Untuk glaze tu guna apa yang ada. Tapi kalau letak buah color yang clear guna color kuning..macam Cali letak strawberry, can use anylah. Janji berkilat kat atas. Kalau tak boleh guna agar-agar tapi cairkan sikit. Kalau tak keras sangat nanti.

Paling simple: air & gula pasir. Buat air gula sampai pekat tapi jangan sampai tukar jadi caramel pulak. Bila dah nampak pekat sikit. tutup api dan sejukkan sekejap. Lepas tu tuangkan atau beruskan atas buah/kek.

Time tengah pregnant ni memang terlalulah rajin nak masak..kalau tak tu takdanya sangat. Kalau beli kat Carrefour tu kena tengok jugak. Kekadang diorang letak porc gelatine. So  nak selamat  tu sebab I buat sendiri...

rajin mungkin pembawaan budak kot - lagik nak dapat baby boy! a'ah kita pun hati2 gak nak beli makanan kat sini. hb siap bawak list of haram additives simpan dalam wallet.

my hb suka makan tempe goreng & sambal goreng. me kadang2 buat gak tempe masak lemak, tapi hb tak baper suka. kalau makan tempe goreng cicah sambal sedap.

Betul tu Calcite, macam mak Cali, dia marinatekan dengan ketumbar, jintan halus dan kunyit hidup lepas tu goreng garing-garing. Cicah dengan sambal..fuyoooo terangkat makan! Tak payah jadi orang jawa nak appreciate tempe ni. Cali pun tak suka sangat kalau letak dalam lauk berkuah. goreng bercili dengan ikan bilis pun sedap jugak..alamak meleleh air liurlah....

recipe calimero sebijik cam me selalu buat. tapi sambal plak me selalu tumbuk cili padi, bawang putih, buh gula sikit then vinegar @ air limau kasturi. VOILA! tetapi selalunya me buat dua sambal sbb hb tak baper makan pedas.

calimero, kalo u teringin nak makan tempe u beli kat mana? rasenya kat sini tak der jual. me selalu pesan kat kawan from indonesian embassy.

My mom pulak tumbuk cili padi/merah dengan kicap & perah limau. Tak pernah pulak jumpa tempe kat sini walaupun teringin sangat nak makan. So kena kempunan atau tunggu balik KL baru makan..bestnya you ada member kat indonesian emb. Boleh pesan kat dia kan...

salam noormasri. kalau macam tu kenalah balek kampong for good then buleh buat tempe nie. nak suruh my mum cuba this recipe, and harap2 kali nie menjadik!

Macaroni & Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 package elbow macaroni
1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 egg, beaten
1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons milk

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:
Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Place macaroni in the saucepan and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Spread the Cheddar cheese over the bottom of the baking dish. Top with a thin layer of macaroni. Top macaroni with layer of macaroni, a layer of mozzarella and a third layer of macaroni. Top with a layer of Colby-Monterey Jack cheese. Pour the egg over all, followed by the milk.
Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

p/s: Untuk touch personal I gaulkan macaroni ni dengan tomato sauce and sprinkle dengan oregano
