cik wan rajin wat pojek kek kan?? try la.. tak leceh langsung wat kek ni.. Xpening nk basuh mixer segala. Akak guna piyok, senduk kayu ngan loyang kek je..  :love:

kak liza, saya dah buat kek ni berminggu yg lalu. menjadi... memang sedap. nilah kali pertama buat kek buah sebab saya tak suka kek buah. buat ni pun sbb cik abang suka. saya yg tak suka kek buah ni pun jadi suka pulak. mula2 bancuh tu suspen gak sebab adunan dia keras semacam, tak mcm buat kek biasa. tapi tawakal je la.. rupanya menjadi... gambar tak de nk tunjuk...

saspeng jugak kan.. tapi kakliza sendiri dah laam tak buat kek buah..
sebab anak2 suka kek coklat jer..
so kalau buat pun mmg untuk jamuan atau buah tangan bagi sedara...

terima kasih Diba kerana sudi mencuba..masa menyambut hari raya hari tu pun sitislam buat juga utk kasi mak kat kg ..tak sangka mak  sitislam pun suka kek buah ni..

tak manis sangat. just nice. cuma, dia tak pdaat macam kek biasa. mungkin versi kukus macam tu. tapi saya suka macam ni berbanding kek yang padat tuh.

dlm 55g ke 50g..antara tula..lg satu..kt resepi tules jus oren..sye gne air oren dlm kotak tu je..entamjela..++skang tgh mencungkil2 badam tu utk dimkn..hehe..teruk tol perangai..

1st time buat kek buah. Alhamdulillah menjadi. cuma tak puas ati kaler tak gelap mcm dlm resepi.



huda mmg suka skit kek buah ni. lagi la suka sbb yg ni tak manis sgt. cuma tang fruit tu ada satu rasa tak best. huda guna mixed fruits beli kat bakery supplier. lain2 mmg puas ati.

FRUIT CAKE BY MELTING METHOD

225 gm self rising flour
115 gm butter/margarine
115 gm soft light brown sugar
150 ml water
115 gm sultanas
115 gm raisins
115 gm currants
55 gm cherries
55 gm chopped mixed peel
1 tsp mixed spice
1 Tbsp orange marmalade
2 eggs - slightly beaten
a pinch of salt
grated zest & just of 1 orange

1. Sift the dry ingredients (flour, salt & mixed spice)
2. Melt together butter, brown sugar, water, grated zest & juice over low heat until the butter has melted and sugar dissolved. The mixture should not boil.

3. When smooth add sultanas, raisins & currants and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Cooled.
4. Add the fruit mixture to dry ingredients.

5.Add chopped cherries, mixed peel, orange marmalade & eggs. Mix thoroughly

6. Bake at 170C for 1 - 1 1/2 hour

Note:
1. Huda guna mixed fruit yg kat kedai bakery jer & huda guna 300 gm
2. Orange huda ganti ngan lemon sbb lemon je yg ada

ni gambo dr dlm buku


posting kat atas tu gambo kek yg huda buat. huda rasa kaler tak gelap sebab air dr mixed fruit tu. Mix fruit tu byk cherry..

hari tu buat kek ni pakai the original recipe lemon paste....i think kalau makan esoknya sehari selepas bakar baru sedap dari makan pada hari tu juga.......

kalau fresh lemon juice...hari tu juga pun sudah sedap....

ni bal buat pakai resepi dak comel,,kek buah bergala dak comel,,dalam resepi asal ada beberapa jenis buah yang bal tak tahu so bal agak2 sendiri,,nak menghabiskan mix fruit masa raya tu bal pun watla kek ni..adunan ni tak berapa manis..bila da letak mix fruit  maintain rasa manisnya,,dan tak muak,,
