tahun ni..........42km ada finisher tshirt gak tau.....diorang kata cantekkkkkkkk......

tapi kena abiskan larian laaa..........

Join marathon 42km utk race.

Owang jgk join 5km atas xkemampuan ni,
malu plaks rasanya

Tp everyweek mmg upgrade ah tambah round every week kat tmn tasik huhu.

last 6km merangkak2 nak habiskan..
kalau 21 km tu okay la juga - tak taxing sangat -
although the best would be 10km.. sederhana aje -

So dexa mmg slalu join la race ni ek?

Dolu2 jog kat route dlm tu je [blh le nak ckp buat smpai 8round in a row kekekeke]
Skang wat kat route luar... start dgn 2rounds, smlm 3rounds.
[xtau la apa effect kat perut ni hah, rasanya dokter xkasi lasak2 ni erksss].

Tau x t.tasik ttwangsa tu bape KM ek utk 1round?

i nk tny lah..cmne nk maintain fitness ek?

i nih lari 2.4 km pon agak pancit...mase plg singkat i buat utk 2.4 km 10 minit...plg lmbt...18 minit..

Kalau start2 lari ko nak lari 2.4km memang pancit la.

Kitorang start dari basic....aku personally start dengan brisk walk...peh tu aku run-walk-run-walk, memula walk lagi banyak, lelama run lagi banyak dari walk, sampai aku boleh lari 1km straight tanpa henti. Fasa ni berbulan-bulan jugak.

Lepas tu slow2 build mileage, dari 1km, buat 5km, peh tu upgrade 10km, 15km....sampai dapat buat 20km masa Great Eastern 20K.

Peh tu upgrade half marathon, peh tu upgrade full marathon.

Tak impossible, dik, cuma kena sabar, disiplin macam askar   dan motivasi kena tinggi.

Anyone can run a marathon!

Cut off time stended sangat....6 jam!!!

Singapore pon 8 jam!

Sundown lagi tak de limit untuk 42km.

Good question.

Kalau ada modal, belilah gejet2 GPS tu. Garmin Forerunner 205 ke, Polar ke...memang berbaloi.

Tapi akak pakai stopwatch je masa lari, belum mampu nak rembat gejet.

My method, memula I ukur satu distance dengan kereta, then I time lah berapa lama I boleh lari 1km.

Tapi dah biasa masuk race ni, dah boleh ada idealah berapa my pace per km.

Lagi satu, cuba www.mapmyrun.com , boleh jugak ukur distance ttwangsa lake tu.

Diet cam biasa, tengok keperluan diri. Amalkan diet yang sehat dan seimbang.

Kalau tengah nak turunkan berat, agak2la, jangan sampai tak makan terus.

Kalau trening untuk 42k, memang kena jaga pemakanan elok2, tak boleh lebih takut berat naik, tak boleh kurang takut tak de stamina nak trening. Minum air kena banyak.

Myself, kalau esok nak buat long run 20-30km, hari ni makan carb (nasi ke pasta ke) lebih sikit. Masa long run yang 25-30km tu, biasanya I bawak energy gel, tak pon singgah kat stesen minyak beli ribena atau 100+. Takut hit the wall.

Hari2 biasa, I kontrol makan walaupun larik 7-10km sebab badan I senang naik. Tapi kalau rasa lembek dan tak bertenaga, I makan lebih sikit. I tak de speed, jadi kalau makan banyak tak berapa nak terbakar kalori.

Yang untungnya jadi long distance runner ni, makan tak perlu sekat sangat, nak2 kalau orang yang lari laju cam Shaharudin Hashim ka Arul ka. Kalau you tengok most distance runners, esp yang elite, badan cam pensil, lurus je.

Running is the best fat burning activity sebenornya.

Suvey harga Garmin Forerunner 205.. ahhaha nnti ada bajet blh la beli

yup....bolih.....kawan saya ada bikin.......

tapi mmg kena semangat waja la....pasal nak berlari kat atas treadmil tu berejam2 mmg bosan.........
