Thanks Cupcakes...dah eh...I suka tengok orang lain buat kat sini, boleh belajar and I ni jenis suka 'experiment'...bukak peti ais...jenguk2. Lepaih tu tabur je..hehhe. I nak try buat marble cheesecake macam you buat tu, jadi ke tidak. Nanti I bagi tau okay. I tak pernah buat lagi marble style nih.

Eena, I ni jenis nak cepat and senang. So I guna ready made, ice cream topping from Smucker's. Tak tau kat M'sia ada jual ke tidak. Pi kat section ice cream, you akan jumpa macam2 topping ice cream. Kalau nak buat sendiri, guna link ni:

Ni dia Lemon Cheesecake yang I buat semalam for friend yang mengidam. Anyway I terlambat bangun, kelam kabut bersiap pi keje, pagi2 terus letak topping, main taruk je...tang cream topping I memang tak mahir lagi untuk bagi nampak licin. Here are the pictures.

Topping dia I pakai agar-agar lemon instant campur dengan 'cool whip' (whipping cream).

Choclloatemousse, resipi tengok reply I #471. I guna basic NY cheesecake punya resepi untuk buat Lemon Cheesecake except I tambah perasa lemon dalam 1/4 cup (less kalau tak suka masam)...add a little bit more extra sugar about 1/4 jugak.

NY cheesecake yang I bagi you tu the texture really really soft, tak berapa padat and super rich....try buat...you will hear ohhhhh and ahhhhh

Sue, I guna pisau tajam and panjang, about 10 inches long, every cut I rinse dengan hot water. Tunggu cheesecake sejuk dulu baru potong.

Remember...EACH CUT kena rinse pisau, lap dengan paper tower or towel supaya knife tu bersih so bila you cut next, nampak macam first cut jugak. Yang buat comot bila cut ulang2 dengan the same knife tanpa lap bersih dulu.

Lagi satu bila potong, letak hujung pisau kat center dan push down dan tarik ke tepi...jangan macam potong daging (zig zag)...just one clean straight cut.

Boleh jugak gunakan floss...tapi I tak pernah cuba.

Ni pisau yang I guna. I guna pisau ni untuk most of cutting my cakes.

Tadi buat japanese cheesecake... Ni la hasilnya, tak cantik sangat rupa dia



nara tak makan kek ni, leh muntah jadinya kalo makan cheese... tapi mak nara kata sedap
banyak tul dugaan nak membuat kek neh, loyang springform nara bocor la, pestu air panas dalam loyang tertumpah atas peha sampai merah2 pehaku, apapun dah slamat pun kek ini.

wah cantik betul kek ni.. akak ingat yg kat atas tu dah boh icing... smooth and putih melepak je... siap potong lagi... rupanya lom boh icing lagi.. terliur la.. nakmengidam dah terlebeh umur lak....
