Tak larat nak menguli 6 cups of bread flour so I decided to make just half of the recipe.  Jadila seciput aje... so, instead of letak dalam bread pan tu, I bahagi 4 ketul, buat bentuk silinder.  Dasar pemalas, I guna satu baking pan, bila dah 2nd proofing roti ni jd sangatla besau!  Plan besok nak potong mcm buat garlic bread or just buat kari ayam for cicah-cicah..

Jgn gelak ye... rupe tak cantikkk dan gebu mcm uols punyer nyah....

Durian tu 3 bijik je tapi rasanya maniss gilerrr!  2 bijik dah kena ngap, so sebijik lebih tu we all simpan dlm fridge.  Besok bantai lagiiii... :kant:

I ni kuat makan doyan... tak sempat nak dibuat pengat or tempoyak hehehehe...
last 2 weeks my hubby borong durian kt pasar malam.. terbang RM70.00, pesta durian kt rumah sampai i kene demam panas hahahahaha.... tu yg dapat tonsil aritu.. penangan durian bukit yang enak dan lunak isinye....:pompom:

Cali, I only brushed beaten eggs 5minutes sebelum roti tu keluar oven.. gambar kat atas tu haaaa...

Thanks Cali. I lately malas sikit nak masak. Tu I buat long time ago. BBQ Rib tu up to you nak guna kuah banyak or not. I suka letak lebih so boleh cicah roti.

Resepi simple aje. Dalam gambar tu you nampak what I put in those. Tapi memang sedap. I created the recipe myself.

I letak:

Ketchup (sos tomato)
Gula merah
Kraft BBQ Honey Sauce
Tomato (cut in cube)

Tu je. Kalau tak guna pressure cooker, boleh bake for about an 1 1/2 hours, but make sure guna bekas tinggi sikit, in case too much liquid. Tapi kalau bake tak payah risau banyak kuah, pressure cooker kena ada liquid, cannot use for dry food.

Wow, seminggu tak masuk rasa mcm sebulan. Nanti I paste gambar roti yg I buat. Sebiji je. Tak sempat nak buat bebanyak. Sebok membeli belah barangan sekolah anak2.

Tunggu jap ye. Kena kemas bilik dulu.

Tengok gambar je I dah meleleh air liu s阠ially lobster tur. Kalau mengandung memang I mengidam. Though I ni more too savoury tapi bila tengok your cheesecake tu, I boleh terasa_rasa kat dalam mulut:mll:

Plat, ni cheesecake yang jenis fluffy ke (jenis sponge)? I pernah terbaca cheesecake ada macam2 jenis.

By the way, lobster tu sedapnya! You said it is panfried lobster, did you fry it? Teringin gak nak buat

Stuffed mushroom ada macam2 resepi, paling simple I pernah tengok orang campak cheese aje dalam. Tapi resepi yang I buat ni quite banyak keje. I got it from www.allrecipes.com
