lompat tikam, cam ssh je nk buat ni

LOMPAT TIKAM

Bahan:
1 1/2 cawan tepung beras
6 helai daun pandan
2 cawan air
1 cawan santan + secubit garam

Sirap Gula Merah:
1 cawan gula merah       ]
2 sudu besar gula           ] didehkan
2 cawan air                    ]

Cara.
1.  Daun pandan di mesinkan dengan 2 cawan air dan tapis.
2.  Masukkan 1 cawan tepung beras dan kacau sebati.
3.  Masakkan sehingga pekat/masak.
4.  Tuangkan dalam loyang.
5.  1/2 cawan tepung beras di gaulkan bersama 1 cawan santan & garam.
6.  Masakkan sehingga pekat dan tuangkan atas adunan hijau tadi.
7.  Sejukkan dan potong.
8.  Hidangkan bersama dengan sirap air gula.
