ops...asalnya cikna punye posting aritu kan... 'saje nak share'..
it doesn't mean that..n semestinya cikna yg buat kan...Walaupun cikna penah mencuba wat deco kek seperti ladybird dgn sponge kek shj n cheesecake... Kan sebelum2 nie pun jika cikna bg resipi original, semestinya cikna bg skali gambornya.. ehmm salah faham agaknya... tak kisah lah kan... Kalu nak ikutkan sebelum cikna masuk forum nie pun, cikna dah penah tgk org buat kek or cheesecake dibuat seperti ladybird... So, no heart feelings please..

kek cheese nie saya buat minggu lepas, kita bakar jek dlm oven tak guna teknik bain marie pun malas lak, tp menjadik gak sedap tak ingat resepi sape tapi saya ubahsuai sikit thanks for the resepi
tak cantik merekah tapi sedap ---- puji sendiri

cikna ni noor_hannah kan. sebab ramai yang memerhati dari awal kemunculan cikna ni, posting cikna, time berposting, cara berposting semuanya cara kak noor_hannah tu. sebab tengok dekat H&L pun macam ni jugak

Sy pernah cuba buat cheesecake dr buku Catherine Lau, mmg sedap n turns out to be nice. Tp masa tu tak sempat nak snap pic.  Next time sy akan upload pic kat sini.

last 2 weeks buat chilled peach cheesecake utk hb..
ni kali ke 2 buat.. yg 1st dulu guna agar2.. langsung lembik..
yg ni turn out nice sbb guna gelatin.. tp campur2 resepi cik na & kak lieza..

wah...mengancamnyer....nak2 makan time sejuk kan.....yummy...yummy...

Hari Raya tahun lepas, anak saudara balik bercuti dari Mesir. Dia bagi buah tangan 3 kotak cheese spread laughing cow ni. Nak menghabiskan sekotak makan dgn roti sampai jemu.



So dua hari lepas modify buat chilled cheesecake guna resipi Kak Hanieliza. Timbang cheese2 tu 250gm, tukar fresh cream guna low fat yogurt.Masa nak mix cheese dgn gula saya tambah lemon juice dari 1/2 biji lemon. Sebab texture cheese tu keras sikit. Turn out to be very cheesy and creamy.



Bila nak makan baru letak toping. Bapaknya suka blueberry, anak2 suka strawberry.

fresh n whipping cream tak sama, tp lebih kurang saja...

fresh cream manis manakala whip tak manis....kena tambah skit gula klau tak silap...selalunya utk topping org guna fresh cream....

itu ja yg sy tahu...selebihnya tunggu pakar2 lain jawab k...

selamat hari 'raya' yg ke-12 buat semua warganegara malaysia.
jadi, sempena hari 'raya' ni, wani teringin nk makan ciskek.

now ciskek dlm oven.
insyaAllah kalo sempat snap d pic (sebelum dibaham 'pemangsa'2 yg ganas2 belaka kt rumah ni) , wani tepek kt cni ye

baiklah, selamat hari 'raya' sekali lagi!!

Malam tadi I buat cheese cake resepi cikna. Cake tu blah atas tak cantik tapi blah dalam very smooth....
