smlm baru je try wat beskut dam...

1st time buat beskut raya sndiri woo...

alhamdulillah le, mnjadi...ibu yan pon puji ckp sedap...

yan wat ikut resepi kak liza...tp buat stgh adunan jer...dptla lam 90 biji...muai gak beskut nie ropenyer...

tp tgk resepi tu, sruh canai adunan jd stebal stgh inci...
yan pun ikut je la...
skali dh potong2 n susun, mak oii...jadik besor gedabak...

anyway, thx to kak liza for posting the resepi...n smua yg ade kt sini...

ikhlas ckp, sejak msuk sini, yan dh mula brtmbh minat nk masak...
nk try resepi2 yg ade dlm nie...hubby pon sronok jer...

apa maksud gula halus ?
adakah gula halus adalah gula kastor atau gula biasa yg di mesin halus?

marble shortbread


setiap taun order utk shortbread mmg bertambah2....qies setiap hari buat 4 loyang besar (112 biji - 14 x 8) bole ler dpt 448 biji.....stat 1 posa dah kena wat dah...sbb order kurang2 dalam 200 balang   jenuh nak menyiapkan...

amboiiii mak lang.. ni sudah bagus....    mama dah tak larat nak buat shortbread ni.. dah 2 tahu pencen.. mama amik jerr dari kawan kita zai kat pg ni.. shortbread memang laku.. tiap2 tahun tak kurang dari 5-6 ribu.. mana tahan nak buat sorang-sorang.. yang paling malas nak basuh cutter dia.. hehehehe

  sendiri mau ingat ler wei.....pandai soping ...kena ler pandai lak cari modal.....   idak tak merepeat ler haku....taun ni ajer 420 balang (200 shortbread ajer)...220 lg kuih lelain lg ..... hari2 tido kol 3 pg ....letih seh....tp yg best time wat collection....
