masaelahnyer, credit card yang guna tuk book tiket tu, hilang sudah ..
akan ada problem tak ? coz dalam terms, dia kata bawak booking number n d cc used ..
adehhhh .. canne ni .... tolonggggg .. esok dah nak gi dah .. |

tiket tu yg dia dah email and kena print sendiri.....ATAU, yg Aishah kena g amik kat mesin kat railway station?
Sbb kalau yg kena g print kat machine dia tu, dia akan mintak masukkan card credit yang digunakan utk beli tiket tu online, then baru dia print tiket ketapi tu. Dia akan mintak kita masukkan card credit and suruh kita punch in the reference number, then dia akan tanya nak print semua tiket ke tak.
Tapi...kalau tiket tu dia dah hantar via email - and Aishah print sendiri - then yg nie ok kot. Masa Yana pergi, dia tgk tiket jek. tak mintak pun credit card yg kami guna utk beli tiket tu. |

tapi, bila mengenangkan tiket return rm200/3 pax .. uwaaaaaa ...
ina, akak ni jenih species hafal sume my cc details .. 2 kads jer pun ..
whenever i booked, i dont have the cards with me, selalunyer tinggal kat umah jer ..
so, bila dah booking, then only rules/regulations kuar kata nak cc tuh ..
menggelabah giler carik .. and realised that kad tu, dah takder .. |

kalau akak nak collect tickets from the station akak mesti guna credit card atau debit card yg akak guna semasa booking..
sekiranya kak aishah nak guna card yg lain, options adalah...
(1) akak kena inform customer service now before you board the plane...
(2) try your luck at the tickets information counter at the station where you're suppose to collect yr tickets..
(3) buy new sets of tickets..
you must contact agent yg akak guna contohnya mytrainticket, raileasy redspottedhanky atau nationalrail misalnya... |
