Kalau sapa2 yg tak de oven, kalau beli noxxa, berbaloi rasanya, sbb multi function. Saya oven mmg dah lama ada, tu yg beli BM jer, sbb dah lenguh tangan uli doh roti tuh... Baru2 ni, saya telah merembat sebiji oven lagi... Zanussi lak... lagak cam org bisnes, tp cuma utk guna sendirik aje... hehehe....
ni dia bendanya... Yg atas tu, conventional microwaveoven, lama dah beli, ada la dlm 10 thn. Yg bawah tu la oven baru ku... lalala... Sebelum2 ni, kalau dok baking, guna MV tu je la. |

I used my Empress breadmaker for the first time two days ago. I used the recipe for basic white loaf in the manual and the bread turned out heavy, dense, undercooked and lopsided. I don't know what went wrong.
Do I have to knead the dough again (after the beep sound) if I use the dough function? If not, I just put the dough in a well-oiled bowl to proof?

hari nie baru redeem breadmaker cosway...
guna 200 RC (kupon)... ingat nak amik thn lepas tp kupon x cukup..
thn lepas cuma guna 195 RC je..tp tahun nie dah naik nak dpt free kena ada 200 RC...
cukup kupon je cepat-cepat rembat..takut thn depan naik lagi.... |

sorry adeknana... dah lama tak masuk 'benang' ni...
pernah buat tak cabut bladenyer... susah nak keluorkan roti bila dah masak. pastu abih terkopak roti tuh dibuatnyer.. so lepas tuh mmg terus cabut blade before baking..... |

saya tak pernah cuba resepi from the manual.
this is my loaf using the same brand as yours but diff recipe. i used alex goh's basic bread recipe
rules of thumb yg saya selalu guna untuk buat roti using BM
1. gula, garam, butter/shortening kena letak pada penjuru yang berbeza dlm BM tu (lepas masuk tepung)
2. for the yeast, buat lubang skit kat tengah2(ni lepas dah masuk tepung) jgn sampai terkena air then letak yis kat situ then kambus dgn tepung.
3. if recipe guna telur, saya akan sukat telur bersama air/susu. maksudnya pecahkan telur, then msukkan liquid ikut kuantiti dalam resepi.

hehehhe tq tq sbb sudi jawab. itu ler, nana 1st time buat loaf lepas seminngu dapat BM nih, punya la susah nk keluarkan dia. sama mcm rimbun ckp, terkopak belah bawah roti tu. huhuh nasib tak nampak.
kalu kita nk cabut blade dia, lepas berapa lama diuli yer?
sekarang dok guna utk uli roti/donut je dulu. ingat lepas raya nih bole la buat roti loaf balik hem...
p/s: setelah sekian lama, baru smlm dapat beli buku roti alex goh. harga dia tepek 28.00. ada diskaun jadi 19.90. nnt nk beli lagi lain2 buku alex goh. ada byk ... |

yang rimbun wat selalunya sebelum peram the 2nd time... sbb kalau tak silap (sorry dah lama tak bakar trus dlm BM) lepas 1st uli, BM tu akan peram then ianya akan uli skit untuk buang ngain, then 2nd time peram plak... so before ianya peram the 2nd time tuu make sure cabut blade nyer..
Now dah malas nak bakar dlm BM, selalunya rimbun akan uli n peram dlm BM. then keluarkan, buang anginnyer, then masuk dlm pan lain n bakar dlm oven biaser jer. senang nak control apinyer.. |
