Lazimnya yg membeli waktu waktu begini adalah mereka yg have loose change to spare....and unlike cars which depreciate as soon as you purchase them, property is often than not a good investment....

And not just acquiring houses but also buying over troubled companies....

Tak boleh nak cakap panjang lebar macam sitisitu...lots of eyes watching...

Kitaorg da terbeli rumah tu. Tp yg freehold punya. Rasa yg bru launch tu rumah belah atas bukit & leasehold kan? Yg fasa 1 nama Azalea. Pening jugak gawat2 ni nk byr

Beli je rumah kalau cukup syarat Bank. Beli ikut kemampuan.

Time gawat ni Bank bg moratorium.

Jgn tunggu lama-lama. Rumah dan tanah tak ad susut nilai. Harga akan naik.

Tak jeles pun sbb I pun dah beli rumah.

So I know la prosedur beli rumah baru or subsale termasuk rumah lelong.

Org minum ketum campur ubat nyamuk je nak beli rumah area kl landed 400k cash, hello area kl double storey harga rendah pun rm 600k Dan keatas. 400k u nak beli rumah low cost double storey Dbkl blh la kheunnn...

Nak beli properties tak ad ilmu mmg jd mcm tu la. Nak dpt ilmu pasal properties kene la sll beli rumah kheun.. .

Lazimnya invest rumah org byk duit cari area rumah dekat dengan central businesses district (CBD)

Org tak ad ilmu tu yg beli rumah cash 400k bungalow kat area ceruk tok kun lepas tu mengeluh harga lambat naik sewa tak berbaloi.

aku suka istilah TERbeli kau itu...

lazimnya org org yg have have yg loose change depa over the rainbow ni yg terkerap kali gunakan istilah TER  ni...

Pernahlah terbeli satu rumah tu..gara2 terikut org ckp beli rumah bagus..masa tu beli rumah ke2..dapat kunci kena pindah sarawak.adoi..so fikir malas nk manage tenant,jual.ada dapat 13k je.
So now maintain low..prefer more cash so maintain rumah utk duduk je.
Apa khabar org mcm Mrs.xxx,satu anak satu rumah motto nya.mentang2 depa kerja bank.. Anak 4,canang ada 4 rumah .entah hutangwan ke jutawan tak lama lg?..

Lepas mco sesuai la nk beli property sbb interest rate pun dh semakin rendah. Tp syarat bank pula semakin ketat.

member2 aku keje development dulu.

ada la property developer canang bukan main nak bangunkan kawasan style sunway, padang golf, lumba kuda, even pelbagai highway ke sana.. semua dok pakat beli ramai2..

beli 1st phase, rumah cun.

member2 yg beli 2nd phase rumah hancur.. dinding retak bila hujan lebat air memancut2 masuk dalam.

komplen lambat bertindak sampai habis warranty period.

last2 sampai sekarang jadi jin bertendang.. bank lelong 30% below market pun sape2 tak nak.

ni ada coach property baru je cakap, area rumah dia ada orang nak jual 50% BMV.
