Orang yg aktif bersukan ni dia punya jantung pam laju.. bila dh biasa pam laju.. tiba2 stop mmg badan kena adapt lah.. thats y metabolime jd rendah n badan akan gemuk.

Berisi sikit takpe. Sebab klu kurus sgt nampak mcm tengkorak lak. Chubby a lit bit here and there aku ok. Ini yg geng obese lemak melimpah walau dah pakai baju gedoboh. peha berjalan pun berlanggar. euwww!!

Aku dulu dr zaman sekolah mmg atlit. Wakil sekolah,wakil negeri. Takdelah badan out umur dah 40 lbh ni. Beza beberapa kilo dr zaman muda. Badan klu kita kena jaga. Tak kira atlit or not. Berapa byk kes obesiti kat Msia ni. Depa bukan atlit pun. Tp mmg sejenis pemalas asyik mencekik sumbat mulut dgn mcm mcm makanan.

Betul... Kalau dah tak aktif sukan patut teruskan maintain exercise je untuk maintainkan fit dan metabolisme badan tu.. Kalau stop je pastu melantak macam sok nak kiamat memang gedempol laa.. Badan kt ni memang akan ade perubahan ikut pergerakan umur tu..

Betul tu. Dlm apa keadaan pun samada kita atlit atau tak, badan kita sentiasa kena jaga. Masa kita lahir, Allah kurniakan kita badan yg sihat. Tp kita sendiri yg rosakkan dgn mkn yg bukan bukan, malas bersenam dan akhirnya badan rosak.
