SUJI RASPBERRY SQUARES
last week pi melawat gud fren sakit, so pk2 nak bawak apa teringatlah resepi lama ni...senang dan cepat, texture squares ni soft and berderai sikit mainly pasal ada suji.....
SUJI RASPBERRY/STRAWBERRY SQUARES
A/
1 ¼ cup plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup suji
½ c caster sugar
B/
200gm butter, softened
2 eggs (A), lightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla essence
Raspberry or strawberry jam
1. Pre heat oven at 170C.
2. Sift flour and baking powder.
3. In a bowl, put together sifted flour, suji, caster sugar.
4. Add in B and stir until well combined using hand whisk.
5. Pour half into a lined and greased 8 x 8 in square tin or 7 x 10 in rectangle tin. Spoon jam on to the batter and pour balance of batter on top.
6. Bake for around 20-25 minutes or until top turn brown.

memang tak payah pukul chem, just guna hand whisk dan gaul until combined je, mas pun kurang suka manis (ni dah kurangkan dr asal) dan takut kalau kurangkan lagi ada effect pulak kat squares ni or else instead guna jam guna raspberry filling jadi tak manis..satu lagi lupa pesan kat atas tu, jam tu pon tak payah banyak, just ambik a teaspoonful and campak here n there, tak payah ratakan coz batter tu pun very soft.......apa2 hal chem try dan bagi feedback nanti ok....
