kpd sesapa yg blom mencuba resepi ni..CUBALAH... percayalahhhh (lagukan mcm Dato Siti tu ).. kastad dgn kek memang TAK bercampur... unless la u all godak2 adunan tu.

baru perasan resepi Yani/Myresipi yg ditepek tu.. yup itulah resepi yg i guna. cuma diulang.. diulang sekali lagi.. part kek tu saya dump everything in da bowl n putar semua sekali harung sampai putih n kental.. jadi senang sket kije haku heheh..

lps tu, i masukkan je dlm loyang yg berisi karamel dgn susu/telur td.. tp i tuang perlahan2 ler.. n i takda la godak2 pulak, so adunan kek tu stay terapung on top coz i guess the batter is light n fluffy, so dia dok kat atas tu le..

ok, ada paham hehe.. silalah mencuba kerana kek puding ini amat enak hehehe..

pantang bersalin ker? isyhhh.. org berpantang jangan jenguk FnR ni dulu except nak cari resepi lauk dlm pantang

bak kata org tetua.. tuuu telur tuuuu takleh makan, gatai sat gi

ermm... tapi kan.. tapi kan... i dulu dlm pantang, lps 3 hari, i dah masuk dapur coz anak sulung i nak gi tadika biasa bawak bekal.. so dia mintak roti goreng tuna, my mom x reti nak buat.. so i pelan2 masuk dapur n buat..huhu.. my mom menjeling tajammm jeee

lps 2 minggu, i ikut hubby dok kat kuarters dia.. apalagi, time ni memang bersilat le kat dapur haha.. siap buat kek kukus zaima, unbaked cheesecake bagai lagi.. trus meroyan buat kek bagai haha..syukur alhamdulillah selamat segalanya..

memang caramel manis tp kemanisan tu bergantung pd tukang olah lerr

mcm i i buat tu kalo tgok kaler pun very light.. sbbnya i cairkan gula 2 sudu je you utk loyang 10x10inch tu.. bukannye i pakai 1/2 cawan hehe

hani nk tampang tanye lah..saya ni baru nk mencobe masak.sebelum ni tak pandai nk bt kek2 ni.tengok CUSTARD CARAMEL CAKE mcm nk cobe je.tapi nk tompang tnye ke sape2 bleh explain stim bake tu kukus ke bakar ye..?
sori tnye sbb tak faham bahasa masak2 ni
klau dh dapat petunjuk mau gak balik ni terus bt.

steam-bake kukus = bain marie = bakar dlm oven tp loyang adunan diletak dlm loyang lain yg lebih besar skit berisi air.  hopefully this helps.

salam/good morning;

i dah try semalam.

buat stail water lily, the eggs n sugar utk kek span tu, i buat sekali.

the problem is tak naik pulak the eggs tu.

anyway, tibai jek, terus masak.

i guna sharp convection oven. takde 170, so i guna 160 for 45 min.
part span still tak masak.
so tambah lagi 11 min at 150.
tak masak gak.
tambah lagi 11 min at 130.
almost, but not yet.
so tambah lagi 15 min at 130.
baru la masak. naik tinggi masa bakar, pastu surut le.
dah sejuk masuk dlm fridge.

pagi tadi rasa sikit, a bit too manis.
kena kurangkan lagi gula.

anyway, i jez nak tanya, i kena masak lelama tu pasal the eggs tak bebetul naik ke?

u pukul telur skali dgn tepung mcm i buat kan? apsal tak naik? u pukul sampai putih tak?
i that day, i dump everything n pukul sampai putih (mcm pukul nak buat kek swiss roll tu).  elok je naiknye.

cuba la lagi.. mungkin ker telur tu ada masalah kut

penah buat tapi rasa mcm dah lama sgt la tinggal ... tetiba rasa mcm nk buat lagi la ...

pic nih pernah paste tapi kat benang mana lupa lak. kat chiffon cake kot sbb base kek tu saya guna chiffon cake.

ooo, pukul sekali ngan tepung ek.
oppss..

semalam wa pukul telur ngan gula jek.
pastu tak naik2 pun.
hehehe.
then wa give up, wa masuk kan tepung, tu kacau jek with spatula.

nanti nak try lagi, n definitely with less sugar.

water lily, you were right, bila buat tak de la sesusah masa baca the resepi.

semalam balik baru lah potong the kek.

err, rasa nye tak jadi la custard kek, instead jadi cam breadpudding.
hehehe.

tak de different layer between the span and custard. benda tu bercampur so end up jadi texture cam breadpudding. tapi lagi sedap drp breadpudding la.

seb baik sedap.

hubby pun tanya, whether it was breadpudding. dia kata sedap, boleh buat lagi. so it was not a totally lost cause.

kenapa the mixture bercampur ek?

owen, patutla u kata kena bake lama.. coz mine hari tu bake exactly as per the time given. kalo lebih lama, memang harus terbakau lapisan sponge cake tu. rupa2nya kek u dah bercampur dgn telur utk karamel tu..

my opinion, u punya adunan kek tu tak kembang sepenuhnya. coz secara theory nya, adunan kek span tu akan floating on top coz ianya bila dah kembang, jadik ringan.
so i suppose, your cake mixture tu tak jadi. so dia berat n mix dgn egg mixture tu.
another thing, lps je tuang adunan tu, jgn godak2 ye.. so ia akan stay separated.
(i guess u tak godak, tp adunan cake u berat, tu jd cenggitu)

masa bakar kan kek tu naik tinggi, mmg nampak cam kek span.
lepas abes bakar, dia turun.
but sempat rasa the span part masa tu, mmg garing.

i think my custard part tu yg tak jadi, dia meresap masuk ke part span, itu yg jadi ala2 pudingroti tu. logik tak ide ni?

lily, confirm ek yg part span tu, kena pukul all together gula, tepung, telur n butter?

one more Qs, kata kek ni nama custard caramel kan, but kenapa takde tepung custard in it? it is missing or mmg takde?

last week den tgok resepi ni....mcm sdap je...so trus den beli brang2 n buat...mula2 x jadi...sbb tang kek tu jd bantat...x perasan kat mangkuk ada air, no wonder putih telur nak naik2....jari den plak melepuh gara2 kunun nak rase gula hangus tu...pahit ke idak...rupenye2 panas ya amat....sampai la ni tangan dok melepuh lg....

bantat2 pun abiss tau...sbb sedap....

pas tu x puas ati....buat lg...smua resepi yg kat atas tu campur,tolak bagi je. ejasss je sendiri....last2 haaaa jadik...happy sngat....

la ni dah 5 kali buat....sedap dmakan dingin2...buatnya pun x susah mane....dah siap adun bakar je sekali gus....mmmm nyam2..ni cuti sekola plan nak buat lg....
