fuh badan..mcm superman.....tapi nape ko nampak lebar ek. Aku heran gak org bina badan , badan lebar . Ko buat badan camtu ko makan ada pantang tak? Laki aku tengah bina badan tu....tapi dia belasah je ...cuma kurangkan nasik je...ok ke ek? Ko bagila..petua camne leh dapat badan gitu, nanti aku citer kat laki aku lak )

1) kalau sanggup -- leh buat high protein diet in short term, no rice, no bread, no mee etc..then skit demi skit masukkan carb dlm ur diet .. pengambilan byk protein akan wat lemak dibakar dgn lebih cepat sbb u tak amik carb kan..

2) byk buat xtiviti cardio - swimming ke..jogging ke

3) watch out ur food take.. - u kata amik meal replacement..meal replacement akan buat u gain weight if at the same time u tak jaga makanan yg lain

4) hmm actually for me,berapa berat u tu mcm tak berpa jadi major issue..yg penting tgk ur body..fit tak..sesuai tak dgn ur height..ada gelebeh tak..muncit tak..sbb sumtimes org big frame contohnya, mmg akan berat coz tulang dia berat..tp body dah ok..look nice & fit..ada shape..

5) pasal trainer oprah cakap tu mmg betul..so u tgk baju2 u..ukur lilit badan smer..timbang tu, biar dulu..

6) swimming & kick boxing bagus utk bentuk badan..jadi fit..

hmm rasa mcm dah ok kan sebnrnya ur body tu..tp punggung tu sbb u dah bersalin 6 kali kot :stp:

hmm apa kata u join gym..coz gym ni dia ada equipment yg tumpukan bahagian2 tertentu..so instructor tu boleh ajar u mcm mana utk bahagian butt tu..

for me..kalau lebar punggung masalah tu lg senang nak di atasi dr kalau besar tang atas..
coz bila besar tang atas altho ur body dah ok,u ll look bulky..adoiiii...siapa ada idea mcm mana nak solve the prob besar tang atas ..
gym ada ke specific equipment for that purpose?

1. bdn manusia mula adapt ngan sesuatu aerobic activity dalam jangka paling kurang 24-48hours. activity yg sama tidak memberi kesan yg cepat. perlu buat perubahan setiap 28hours, samada perubahan intensity,tempo,masa n so on.
2. buat juga anaerobic activity, better ada combination dua2.
3.jgn terlalu kerap timbang.
