anak alang G6PD, sbb tu alang tak leh pakai kacang parang, kena guna kacang pool ajer sbb alang tak leh substitute ngan kacang parang @ fava beans.

Harap2 ok kot kacang foul tu sbb doctor tak mention foul pun, dia hya mention fava beans jer...

KTop punya le teringin nak makan kacang pool ni.....dah lama mengidam sebab selalu dengar cerita orang kata sedap.So hari Jumaat lepas pegi makan kat Kunang-Kunang kat MRR2 belakang projet tu.....tengok menu ada plak jual.So order le satu.Sedap...tapi anak2 & hb tak suka.Tapi tak de daging...kalau ada mesti lagi umpph....Nampak gaya x leh buat kat rumah le....nan makan je...kene gi cari kat luar or kalau masak pun buat sikit je...tuk makan sorang.

phirra dah msak kacang phool, successss cuma... terlebih garam.. tq,k.cranko & sweet_17. Tnpa resipi that you both kasi, phirra tak lah dpt mkn kcg phool tuh. meleleh sja lah. Phirra beli kcg phool kat giant, brand kimball. Mula2 phirra beli kidney beans tapi ada rsa was2. yelah, tkut tak mnjadi, syg kan. Hb puji kcg phool yg phirra masak. Phirra kasi tau kat hb dat K.Cranko & Swt_17  yg kasi resipi. Best ler... cmpur chick peas.. nanti phirra paste gmbar kat sini, bru nak blajar cara2 nya... so kpd semua member2, try ler.. dijamin success..

-) kalo boleh, jgn kasi garam lgi sbb dah asin... Rsanya roti peranchis lgi sodap d mkn brsama:clap: :clap: :clap: :music:

yang sebenornya baru dengor nama kacang pool ni..setelah tengok kat thread ni...

correct me if I'm wrong ye....dish nih asalnya dari Middle East nama asalnya " FUL MEDAMAS" nih que perturunkan resepi yg que cilok dari "arabian gulf cookbook" by Suzi Wells..sorry morry malas nak translate..

2 cups dried fava beans ( or ful - brown broad beans ) ~ kat giant @ carrefour ada jual yg dlm tin bahagian canned food..so takyah susah2 nak rendam
1 clove garlic crushed
juice of 1 lemon
water
pich of blask pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
1 pinch of cumin ( opitional)
1 tablespoon spring onion, finely chopped

1. Wash the beans in cold water & soak overnight.
2. Put the beans and the water they have been soaked in into a heavy pan and bring to boil.
3. Cover the pan with tight-fitting lid. reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 hours or until the beans are very tender, checking from time to time and adding more water to prevent them from sticking to the pan. Do not stir. ~ tuh la pasal senang beli yg dalam tin aje..remeh punya kerja..
4. Mix together the crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin and black pepper. Add to the beans mixture and mix thoroughly.
5. Serve into a bowl and sprinkle with finley chopped green onion and parsley.
6.Garnish with lemon wedges or hard-boiled egg and serve with Khubuz ( nih ala2 roti naan tak pun makan dgn pitta bread pun ssodaappp...

a'ah mmg dr middle east agaknya sbb masa kecik2 olink dok sana and selalu makan nih....ada org jual yg dh siap ...dimakan dgn roti ish....macam roti tempayan tuh...tp roti dia gebu gilos and panas2 lagi macam baru keluar dr tempat bakar dia tuh...

Wehehe gambar kacang phool saya pun ada kat sini. Patutler macam kenal tadi.

Tulah saya pun dah jatuh cinta dengan kacang phool ni. Actually pergi hutan bandar tu nak cari gerai mee ada sorang uncle Chinese yang dah convert Islam. Sebab aritu ada keluar cerita dia kat TV1. Sekali tu tutup daaa.

Tengok-tengok kacang phool yang ada so sebat jer lah. Memang sedap banget. Siap ada sorang couple Chinese tanya kitorang makan apa.

Kedai kat Hutan Bandar tu ada cawangan kat area kedai makan sebelah Balai Bomba Larkin. Yang ni pon dah cuba. Makan kat Balai Bomba Larkin lagi best sebab kat sebelah dia ada gerai minuman yang sedap banget. Aritu test air kelapa laut dengan bandung special. Memang best.

Aritu saya ada salin resepi kacang phool dari Untie Asmah Laili tapi belum sempat cuba lagi. Ni resepinya untuk yang ingin mencuba.

Kacang Phool - Asmah Laili

Bahan-Bahan
1 tin kacang PHOOL MEDAMAS masukkan didalam mangkuk
1 tin kacang kuda putih dan pecah-pecahkan
1 tin bake beans
1/2 kilo daging cincang
Beberapa biji telur, digoreng mata lembu
2 biji bawang besar, dipotong dadu kecil
3 biji lada hijau, dihiris kasar
3 biji lada merah, dihiris kasar
6 biji limau kasturi, dibelah 2
Sedikit daun ketumbar dan daun pudina
Garam secukup rasa

BAHAN KISAR
20 biji lada kering
20 biji bawang merah
5 biji bawang putih dikisar halus
2 sudu teh penuh rempah beriani
Sedikit halia
       
Cara-Cara
Tumis bahan kisar sehingga garing dan wangi. Masukkan daging dan sedikit air. Masukkan semua kekacang dan gaul rata. Biarkan mendidih sehingga dagingnya empuk dan pekat sedikit. Masukkan garam beserta daun ketumbar dan pudina. Rasa, jika ada yang kurang, tambah.

CARA MENGHIDANG
Tuang kacang Phool kedalam mangkuk. Hias dengan telur mata lembu, bawang dadu, lada hiris dan limau kasturi. Enak dilawankan dengan roti Perancis.

Ni lebih kurang mcm I buat lah. Simple je. Kekadang bila jemput2 orang dtg ke rumah, I selalu hidangkan yang ni sebelum main makan instead of the normal cheese and crackers. Makan ngan lebanese bread.

Ni gambar dia. Lebih kurang je.

assalamualaikum....
sakura nak minta tolong leh tak tepekkan gambar kacang pool yang dalam tin jenama kimball tu....tak leh nak imagine la camne....semalam try gak cari tapi tak jump0a pun kacang pool ni....bake bean tu banyak le.....
baca feed back sume kat sini sedap sakura pun tak nak kempunan... kita nak rasa gak....

terlepas pandang thread nie....kat sini kacang pool..mmg bnyk ler..mmg makanan breadfest orng arab..tp yg diaorng buat mmg sy tk lalu..tngok bnyk gak resepi kt sini..pasni boleh try..sllu sy buat cam resepi yg ada telur tu..mkn dng ishh.atau roti pita.

klu beli kat kedai arab..sllu gak diorng modife..ikut selera melayulah..tp tk jd masaalah bab kacang tu..sbb bnyk jenama kt sini..murah plak tu.
