waaahh...bnyk points kat sini..mmg la apa2 pun yg dimasak lebih sihat...whatever it is..benda2 ni sume ialah processed foods no less.
for me plak skrg...ada seidkit perubahan in my diet...since i jenis mmg no time utk memasak pepagi tu...so my first choice still cereal..can be whatever fitness and sometimes yg brand for kids..but then since i sampai early to work so i hit the gym for 25 minutes and but seidkit jog...then i akan makan sikit sandwich ayam and susu...for now rasa ok la tak lapar sgt and lebih bertenaga
